  • hi protein, high fat diets increase insulin resistance.

  • @Stonewalljackson7 Veggies and certain fruits are the way to go. Foods that are thought to be low glycemic index and now proving to not be ideal for insulin resistant people, such as meats and dairy.

  • sorry you're wrong about the hi fat diet, but you are obviously right that High Fructose Corn Syrup (not natural fructose with fiber) will make you insulin resistant.

  • @Stonewalljackson7 common man,why im i wrong? remember the ESKIMO's,remember youre ancestors all over the world consuming high fat with no problem,we are made of fat youre brain organs all the cells are fat loaded and a last thing i lost 40 getting more and more ripped by eating good source of fat and my cholesterol is better so whats youre point?
