I have a question about the unreal engine, when you save a project/publish. Will it automatically be on the Gears of war, or other epic game? Or is it possible to save the project as your own file?

I'm basically saying if you make a project game, does it have to be a mod of the game or can it be your own?

if you could tell me how i could change the weapons colours that would be great

i mean i changed like every shader for the sniper to cool glowing red

when i preview it in animation section it looks great

but when i save it and play the game it goes back to default blue

wtf??? does the maps saves their own individual textures? no direct use from the packages?

if you edit an existing material it won't save so I recommend creating a new material and save it to a Package of your own. When playing in game, make sure your packages are copied in cookedpc in the published folder.

ah shit...since the editor won't let me export the already done materials that means i've gotta come with my own textures,models,then simply import it and use it
