  • what did u use?? I have drywood termites in my room. and it is making holes here and there.. OMG will closing the windows and not let somemore winged ones come in contact with their sub nests work??

  • Use boric acid. Look it up. search google

  • Use boric acid. Look it up.It kills roaches too.

  • Use boric acid. Look it up.

  • ill tell you how to feel something bETTER than sex if you tell me how to kill terms, the end

  • lemme guess marijuana?

  • wrong but its natural like weed and its free, a tit for at clareese a tit for tat...

  • the book will explain in great detail why you have termites how they are got in your house.how to kill them and how to stop future infestation.you are a great person mike allen.thank you so much for writting this book.

  • this guy exposed the real answers about how to kill termites on your own.without throwing money away to companies like ORKIN OR TERMINEX.for example those companies use PREMISE 2 and PREMISE 75 and a few other brands you can buy yourself like i did on the internet.also you can use BORIC ACID its in borax soap and is also in boracare key word bora which is what is used to seep into wood to kill termites too.pest control companies use it too.DONT LET TERMITE COMPANIES TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE.

  • Termite r Blind .. CAll Rentokil sure solve you termite problem

  • termites are not blind they can see infared

  • Thats why I say they are blind they cant see anything but light.

  • Oh why dont you cut the crap and just tell people you poured bleach on them. I experimented with house hold products too, and bleach is the way to go. Their body isnt hard like a beatle and very sensitive. Pouring bleach on them kills them almost instantly. A maggot, on the other hand can be exposed to bleach for a while before dying. Boiled water usually does the trick for those guys.

  • You are right all the things you mentioned will kill them, however all that you mentioned wont keep them away. I am demonstrating a household product that kills on cantact and will keep termites from coming back and infesting the wood. Bleach will not do that. Also the method of application matters. I thinks its obvious I didnt pour bleach on them. With over 1000 books sold in less than 6 months I think my infomation speaks for itself.

  • stop hating!

  • why not try eating them.....

    they're delicous!!!

  • looked more like maggots to me...

  • These are worker termites of the Drywood termite species. In the wood they do appear to look like maggots, however they are termites eating away at your house. Usually people see the SWARMWER termites or REPRODUCTIVE termites with wings.

  • I'd rather have a daughter in a whorehouse than a son in the termite business. At least she'd be making an honest living.

    (26 years in the business)

  • Well then you agree that this information is what the homeowner needs to keep this industry honest. I'm tired of what I've seen as well, it's time to let people know they have control.

  • and it will only cost You $37.95 or save $10.00 i will send it by e-mail. so what happen in helping us you just want our money like any other company out there.cut the crap and just said it here, why make a another web page just to tell us we have to buy the info.

  • the book is well worth buying for $27.95.the imformation is priceless.considering i was going to have to hire a termite company to take care of my problem.instead i bought the book and saved between $2500 and $3200 dollars.doing the same things termite comapanies were going to charge me.like drilling around my house and treating the the soil with premise 75.and inside with premise 2.these are some of the chemicals that termite companies use.and i was able to buy them myself off the internet.

  • whats book title?

  • we don't have termites in England. We don't have kangaroos either.

  • Folks here is the deal. You know how you practice fire drills and earthquake drills

and hurricane drills to save your life AND your property. Well awarness and prevention is exactly whats needed to guard your property from termites as well. My book is a step by step guide on what to look for and how to take care of it on your own. Or if you choose to have a professional, my book will give you the knowledge to talk to them and not be taken advantage of. Visit my channel for more videos soon.

  • I had a parasol from Singapore, and It always had this dusty wood stuff in it, soon after the wooden parts that held it up started to decintigrate so I told my mum and she said that something was obviously eating away at it like I thought, so I had to burn it... T_T... I was sad...

  • Sonicfan3155,

Unfortunately your parasol was a tasty treat for a wood eating bug called a powder post beetle. Usually these little tiny beetles live in exotic soft wood that your parasol was made from. It is sad that you had to burn it. Hopefully you can replace it with one even prettier!

  • Homeowners be aware and learn about these Wood Destroying insects, and fungus as well. I educated homeowners on preventitive measures, what to look for, and IF they find them what they need to do. I teach the RAW FACTS that produce results that dont have to cost an arm and a leg. Please visit my website to learn how you as a homeowner can become more aware about termites and the industry. Bait stations are not the answer. PREVENTION & AWARNESS is the answer.

  • I must also include that home remedies such as Raid may work for a temporary fix, but termites release pheromones that alert others that their workers are being *attacked*. At that point they close off the area they are comming from and searh for a new area on which to feed. I also need to correct myself by saying the system I suggested is Sentricon, sorry for the typo.

  • As someone who works in the industry, I have to say just because someone inspected your house and said there were no termites doesnt mean they didnt come after. Termites tend to work fast and multiply in the thousands. You generally do not know you have them until a great amount of damage is done. For any home owners out there I would suggest the Senticon system to help protect you home from termites. It is better to have a system in place then wait til the damage is done.

  • cont from above-balla4jmd, Thank you for your comment. I wanted to mention something here. First of all son I have been working in this industry almost as long as you have been alive. I can tell you we were killing termites long before bait stations have been around. Folks heres the truth about bait stations. They ATTRACT termites to your home. The teory behind them is that the workers take the poison back to the colony where the queen is. But as you just pointed out the termites are very smart.

  • When a worker termite is contaminated by the bait station, the other soldiers of the colony will destroy any workers that are sick long before they reach the queen. So you attract termites to your home. Lets say you stop service for the bait stations because you cant afford the hefty month fee they are charging to ATTRACT the termites to your home. The bait traps are removed. BUT the termites dont know that. They come to where the bait WAS and then go to the closets yummy thing YOUR HOUSE!

  • When a worker temite feeds on the station, it does not become *sick*. The Bait used affects the exoskeleton of the temite, making it unable to grow a new one. Bait used also makes it so that the queens eggs are fertile once she is exposed to the bait.

  • You have been trained to know what you know. What I know is I have removed thousands of bait stations because they did only on things correctly.ATTRACT TERMITES.While I aggree maybe a few thousand are affected.Millions are in the colony. Many times I have seen the termites pack mud pheremones around the bait station warning of the danger, only to have them go straight to the house.Cuasing SEVERE damage! 12 years of studing these contraptions. Never would I sell them to my customers!

  • Look Up Sentricon on independent websites. Super expensive for long term results, if any. Do your research.

  • I do not need to do *research* because I know my facts.

  • Termites are a part of the ecosystem. Where is the logic in trying to wipe out every colony? Also there is NO documneted PROOF that these actually work. The only proof I find is the bait station maker computer animation about how they SHOULD work. I have recorded over one hundred instances in California alone of how BAD these bait stations are. In fact I might start posting those.I tell you what bait stations make great rain gages. They collect water very nicely oh and take your money too!

  • continued from below..

They said my house had no termites. Mikes book taught my husband and I how to look our house over, and how to know what termites looked like, we also found some drywood termites in our patio post. Im possitive that Mikes book would help any homeowners understand why they have termites how to take care of them your self either by poison if you want, replacing wood if you want or how to get a fumigation without middleman pricing. This book is not a scam. Its a handbook.

  • I want to say that I am a skeptical person. In fact termite companies to me are ALL no good. I bought my house in San Diego CA. About three weeks after I moved in I had these bugs, thousands coming from under my kitchen sink. I went on line and read about ground termites. I also found Mikes book. I bought it mainly because I felt I need to learn more about my house and termites. Turns out the termite company that did my house for my escrow didnt do a good inspection at all! continued above..

  • Well you sound like a scam to me. Are you going to fix any damage if your so called home remedies fail?

  • Let me ask you this? Do you believe that we are creating cars that don't need to run on gasoline? Do you believe in natural organic grown pesticide free fruits and vegitables? Do you believe in natural homepathic remedies for health issues? There are many things that homeowners are kept in the dark about. The fact is my book is a handbook for any home owner to use. It teaches how to monitor your home, how to identify, how to correct conditions that may be attracting the termites to your home.

  • It teaches about different methods used to rid termites, explains the fumigation process and why you may need one,and different home remedies that kill termites and leave a risidual treatment. I also offer online help to my clients. Send me pictures of your situation and I will help explain what you need to do. Chemical companies and the well trained techs at different termite companies will tell you you can't kill termites on your own BECAUSE THEY WANT YOUR MONEY IN THERE POCKET NOT YOURS!

  • I'm a termite technician for Terminix and this video is nonsense. First, he says Drywood termites and not subterranean. Subterranean are much more common in all states and a lot of states don't even have drywood termites. Whatever he is spraying won't work very well because it kills on contact. You would have to inject every piece of wood and not miss an inch to make sure your house is termite proof. Then you would have to be spraying something that lasts years to make the effort worth it.

  • Because there's no point in injecting every piece of wood with a household made solution that lasts only a few days. Good termiticides don't kill on contact such as Termidor. They can take over a week to kill a termite because they want the chemical to spread to the colony and destroy the source. All killing on contact does is make a electric fence around your house and not a very good one at that because there is no margin for error. Miss one foot of treatment and you could have problems.

  • Termidor lasts 7-10 years and is a great chemical for subterranean termites. Timbor is a great chemical as well and it's safer than table salt. You could be spraying those workers with water and they would still be dying. Insects drown very easily. Besides who the heck wants to wait to see termite damage before they do something about it.

  • Precisely! You sound like a Termidor commercial, and trained very well in that product, as I am too! However, there are other chemicals poisons incsecticides besides Termidor. AND there are many other PETROLEUM BASED products that I mention as home remedies in my book TOP SECRETS OF THE TERMITE INDUSTRY. Check it out! Since we are talking, do you know the only two things you need to do to rid any termite situation? And don't tell me the name of a fancy product that your company pays for?

  • All I can say is you are in a dark and quiet industry that is run by chemical companies that have nothing but profit in mind. Don't feel bad, I finally just realized it. After all my studies not only does this work, but it works just as well as the professional products I use. I used these treatments over the years on my own house. And I know they work. The thing I teach most in my book mainly teaches people how to be aware of termites and what attracts them to their home.

  • Actually, your right I am only giving a snippit from a DRYWOOD TREATMENT ONLY. I have other treatment solutions for subterranean/ formosan termites as well. You are also right I explain in my book that the area being locally treated is for that spot only. I do recommend a fumigation in my book if there are too many infestations to locally treat. The treatment method I use definately has a residual and will keep termites away. I've been doing this for 19 years. Killing termites is very simple.

  • Interesting I like how you make people go to the site and enter their info.

  • Hi Mike, fellow Ohana family member--particularly caught my eye. As the owner of an epi dog (has seizures)I have to be really careful about chemicals around our home. Wish you all the best--have fun with the Easter bunny.

Happy to be part of the "family" and happy to meet you.

    Sandi

  • Very clever! You certainly have my attention as to how you did that in just 30 seconds.
