hi, yeah sure you can use this phone :-) you can buy Bluetooth2serial converter and attach arduino directly onto the car! and you will no longer have to use computer :-)

We did first prototype in one afternoon :-)

If i were you, i would use the volume buttons for speeding/speeding backwards the car.

Car hasn't got more speeds :( Only max or nothing. And I'm pretty shure, that the volume buttons can't be used with 3rd party apps :(

With the arduino you are able to use a pwm pin to control the motor's speed.
