I like your vids, man! Great work! You have a great rack position on your clean, but you need to reposition before you jerk the weight. Your elbows are WAY too high which makes you essentially do an overhead tricep extension.. not the most powerful way of getting it overhead. The jerk starts off the same way as a shoulder press. Drop the elbows a bit and squeeze them in tight to your sides and you should be able to lift even more.

Thank you for the suggestion, you are right. But I'll only look into it if my loads get serious, I'm just having fun right now.

I would suggest to buy some Adidas Adistars, those shoes are too mushy for your weightlifting purposes...
