  • @AlainRymenants Frankie Miller is Scottish, NOT English. Rod Stewart, although born in England, had Scottish parents and sees himself as Scottish.

  • I was listening to Tom Petty's Buried Treasure Show on Sirius?XM Deep Tracks channel, and he played this song. I really liked it from the beginning. He said after the song that he could listen to it all day! I agree!! Never heard it before! LOVE IT!

  • It is all a matter of personal taste ofcourse. I do like Alex Harvey too, but to me listening to Frankies music is like meeting an old friend.

  • Great stuff. Saw him loads of times, Rainbow in London, festivals in the '70's. Always killer. Kind of cursed by the Paul Rodgers thing I think but obviously a great singer. Real charismatic on stage too. Sat next to him in Glasgow a few years back at an Eagles' stadium gig, he was in great spirits but looked pretty poorly in his wheelchair bless him.
