I recommend a small coffee bean grinder, or an "herb grinder" (used to grind herbs), you can find them on ebay etc. We will be posting the results of our roundup in about two weeks (?) so look for another video pretty soon.
You have to thin them down with filler powders. In this recipe roundup, we use sericite mica, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, things like that. And everything has to be ground together with a grinding tool.

the oxides are really harsh, how do you make them usable as eyeshadows?
