So I noticed you keep the weights tight together when you push them up. Do you feel like that's a better work out than holding them apart to the sides of your chest (as if you were holding a bar)?
@itp79 yes you can do flat but the upright slight incline really hits the upper chest which is very hard to build. Next I will show you another cool upper chest exercise.

Can you do this exercise on a flat bench to target upper pecs or should the bench always be inclined?
