  • Jammin on the Cheeseberger.

  • My Dad played this to me when I was a child. Never got away from rock music since then. Thanks, Dad.

  • who did the recording? if it's bootleg, they did a pretty damn good job

  • @leofandersoniii

It was my son and it was shot from a Sony Camcorder, way back in the audience!

  • I found this cassette(mirrors) at a used music place and heard this song and was like, WHOA! Great tune!

  • a superb record off a very misunderstood album(at the time),only over time have some people come to appriciate its quality...bucks playing throughout is tremendous.

having seen them a number of times live over the years ,its nice to see them finally re-visit this classic...thanks enjoyed it

  • ya gotta love buck's swiss cheese guitar.... BOC forever... one of the greatest, underappreciated bands of all time,,,,, kinda what makes them great... and true boc fans dont hate this album.... true boc fans love and appreciate all of their stuff....

  • Bobby I agree 100%. Most of the old school BOC fans hated this album. they claim that they sold out to be commercial. Maybe, But i dont believe that. Bands have to evolve as they get older because the music industry is in constant change. I dont see how they sold out. This song here the Vigil is one of their best kick ass songs. Dr. Music is outstanding. I love the whole album. Maybe because i was 19-20 at the time and i was into partying all the time. Just an album i grew up with i quess

  • @LesSmith45 sorry to butt in on your conversation, but i agree too, i am a boc fan from hell, the vigil, i am the storm, dr music...etc.... this is a great boc album.... true boc fans, (not just random rock fans) love all boc stuff....from the 1st album on..... every song is a journey into the minds and mindset of eric, buck, allen, joe and albert, dont forget sandy perlman, the man responsible for the bands existence.... every song is a masterpiece, i cant pic one that stands out.....

  • @milesneedham No problem dude. Butt in anytime. I am glad i am not the only one that loves this album. 1979 was an amazing year for albums. Some of my favorite albums came out that year. Scorpions Lovedrive, The Cars Candy-O, AC/DC Highway to Hell, Led Zeppelin In Through the Outdoor, Sammy Hagar Street Machine, The Kinks Low Budget, Cheap Trick Dream Police, The Eagles Long Run, Tom Petty Damn the Torpedos, Molly Hatchet Flirtin with Disaster, Pink Floyd the Wall, The Clash London Calling.

  • This is a great song from a great album.....This should have been signature song.....Roeser is awesome here !!!!

  • Hahaha, is Buck imitating Eric's usual look there? It's actually pretty funny how similar he looks.

  • Simply - awesome. Where has this kind of guitar playing gone???? No one has the balls to go the distance anymore ...

  • This is my favorite BOC song. I have never heard it on the radio. I have seen them five times in the last seven years and they never played it live. This is off my favorite BOC album, Mirrors. It came out in 1979 when i was a senior in high school. We rocked to this album at every party. So great. Cant understand why everyone hated this album. They all say they sold out. But i think they just evolved.

  • @LesSmith45 I saw BOC last night in Ridgefield CT. Eric Bloom was sick and AWOL. Buck and Richie rocked as usual and you'll be glad to hear that they played this one LIVE! What a treat. Maybe it was a choice based on Buck vocals - he sings this on Mirrors - with Eric gone.

  • @LesSmith45 I agree 100%.....Mirrors is a great record......I thought the band were at their pinnacle at that time.....It was a good lineup......Everyone was still there then......When the brothers left it wasn't the same.....Do you agree ?

  • one of their best songs, great sound great played like they were 35 year old

  • One of the greatest songs of all time!

  • One of my favorite boc songs. Kept yelling for boc to play it the other nite. no dice. I heard they played it the following nite. Come to us,come to us,come to us,come to us,come to us,,,,,,, every nite i pray to the heavens-come to us-bucks solo proves he one of the best solo guitar players of all time!

  • All-Time favorite song by my All-Time Favorite band! After seeing them play the first 13 times, I saw them again last night at Slim's in San Francisco and they FINALLY played this GREAT tune! I feel I can rest easy at last... or be "taken away," if so be it.

A Big Heartfelt THANK YOU for posting this!

    Buck Dharma is a God.

  • wow! when did buck grow hair?

last time i saw him he was balding.

  • @desdinova22 He looks great for a guy in his mid-sixties though. If I did'nt know better I'd say he was in his mid-forties, if that.

  • C'est magnifique!

Truly great BOC song and Buck's guitar playing is so beautiful, fits the song perfectly.

  • GREAT !!! THANKS !!!

  • Sound was great-harmonies were a little wacky.

  • Nice Quality Audio! Buck Dharma is a true rock guitar hero. Luv It!
