My mom took mine several years ago, since I couldn't and still cant take care of myself coz of drugs..

Violetta is SO cute! I love all Exotics but the solid black ones are especially cute. Love the faces with the eyes that stand out so much :) Violetta has such a gorgeous shiny coat, too. Her daddy's very handsome. Sweet, too! My Penny does that same thing with her paws that he's doing at 3:19

How often do You have to clean these cats' eyes to keep their tear ducts free so that the fur on the muzzle didn't get stained and to keep the animal healthy?????

Thanks for answering. I've got 1 last question. How much do these cats shed?

I'm asking because Exotics are described as having thick undercoat. My "barn" cat also has thick undercoat and he sheds heavily almost all year. It takes a while to shake off all the hair after we play and yet I have to vacuum clean my clothers later.

So I'm wondering whether thick undercoat automatically means more shedding and how You deal with the problem.

Exotics have a very thick coat and they shed heavily - even though my Scottish Fold sheds much more. In spring and autumn I just vacuum the house every other day... but I think washing and stripping them a couple of times a year should help.

I use this great stuff called Eye Envy on my Exotic and Persian at least twice a week. Keeps 'em nice and clean and tearstain free.
