So many people are unemployed in America when they could be hired to help TALK to customers on the phone (no computer voices). I HATE computer voices so much. I have to resolve an issue with my bank account. I attempted to call customer service, but they transferred me all over the place and had me wait for 15 minutes before I finally hung up and said f*** it, I'll just walk in there and talk to someone. That way they have no choice but to talk to me, human to human, no computer or long waits.
Nice work man! How about when they re-arrange transactions from large to small instead of the order you made the purchases to collect more overdraft fees!
