Cindy was lying about always taking the pool steps down. Early in this video when Caylee is being fed by George outside, you can see in the background that the pool ladder is attached to the pool.

I can't scroll up bc I'll see the video. That child is too dang cute.She's one of those kids you just want to pick up and squeeze - of course if you just go running up to a kid and hug her, people will think..crazy. I can't wait to have a kid one day. I have a nephew. If I hear he is the least bit mistreated, I start tearing up, I used to not be able to control it.I'm scared if I was the mom I'd injure Casey out of frustration and anger, then there would be two trials for the family.

Grandma Pleasea says "Casey used to come quite a bit but then just stopped coming as much." Yea, after she got busted stealing checks from Grandma she stopped coming, Casey didn't want to face her plus I'm sure the checks weren't just lying around for her to grab like before....no reason for Casey to visit, she only went in the first place to take advantage of this poor lady!!

although i really hope that the SA won't need to call shirley, casey has put her through enough already before even going to trial.

Mrs. Plesea is such a nice lady, Casey ripped her off too. Rick confronted Cindy about it. Cindy's "excuse" was .. "She did NOT steal mom's checkbook, she only took 1 check out of mom's purse and it was ONLY 50 dollars!". To which Rick replied "MOM  told me EVERYTHING, Casey used her check to purchase a 345 dollar AT&T phone!". Cindy has allowed Casey to be a theif and a liar ALL her life, she has also allowed George to sponge off of her and not work. This all comes from Cindy's OWN family.

I heard that Cindy had offered to pay back her mother and had apologized for what KC had stolen but Shirley had said something about the bank paying her back already(guess because the checks were forged the bank is at fault and their insurance is paying back Mrs Plesea)

I would never put any blame on Cindy's mother or anything like that, but I wonder what would have happened if Shirley WOULD have pressed charges, or even the bank had pressed charges against Casey. Maybe it would have helped her to be accountable for her actions and maybe caylee would still be alive.... Who knows.. it's just a thought.

Why do u say george has been sponging off Cindy and not working ?Do you have any specific info on that ?I had always heard that george worked for 10-20 yrs as as a cop and then for a private security company ?Is that wrong ?Has george gone for long periods without working ?What a shock.. he didnt seem the type!But George has disappointed me alot lately,at first i thought he was the only somewhat honest,sincere &straightforward family member and i felt kinda sorry for him..

George was never a cop for that long at all. Cindy made him quit the force because she was jealous of George's brother and his wife, because they were very wealthy. He was a car salesman, so George got into that business too, and they lost everything, so since Cindy had her nursing creds, they moved to Florida and Cindy was the one who worked, George sponged and ripped his family off and gambled and whatever else he did, but he never held a job down.

cllmda...I have done some research on this. George worked as a cop 20 yes. ago in Ohio. since yhen he has worked off and on, mostly off as security guard etc. He had been on the job one day when Caylee went missing.

George had some kind of workmans comp payment? I do not know from what job but thsts all gone! Right now neither George or Cindy are working they are making money giving interviews and not long ago they sold some pictures of Casey as a baby and pics of Caylee for over 200,000 dollars!

They are all a piece of work....sickning!

Hi Ad, yes I have to concede you are right, finding a jury with no knowledge would be like finding a caring bank. Its very sad that in our supposedly western civilised world we still cant protect children from abuse and cruelty. I live over the pond in a small seaside town called Aberystwyh in Wales UK though I did spend many years in Rogers park, Chicago, Great city and country too. All the best

You are right about having an opinion I only object when a video is enveloped with an opinion that could sway a potential juror, What if I or you were on that jury (our minds are already clouded) It would be better had all primary evidence remained out of the public eye until a trial. But all crimes of this kind will get my attention because of an end to a young life. Still I am no different from most, from what I see she is as guilty as f*ck. But that is not the point.

'Presumed innocent till proven guilty' is a legal term that has nothing to do with morality. i have studied the facts of this murder and I remain absolutely convinced Casey killed her baby. I say this as a Brit who has not been bombarded by the media as this story hasn't even reached the UK. I say this as a loving mother, daughter, granddaughter. I make this judgement based on evidence in the same way the jury will. The presumption of innocence is simply a phrase.

Hi Fair I can understand your view, from what we are seeing the girl looks very guilty but the evidence we are seeing is by no means complete. Can you imagine how law would work in this country If partial evidence was released to the public before a trial. The Sun would have a field day. Innocent until proved guilty is the essence of our law. Morality is about decency but law is about fact. We of course can have our opinions but a person on remand is not a prisoner until convicted.

One thing seems clear, this child was loved and well taken care of. The question is how did her life end? this is a question the police. lawyers, forensics and probably a jury will decide upon. If Casey, on purpose or by neglect killed this sweet baby then we will in time find out. Until then we should all try to remember "we are all presumed innocent until otherwise proved not" Keep the facts coming Niffter but don't pass judgement. We live in a society that abides by law and not hearsay.

to find my daughter. I avoided calling the police, or even notifying my own family out of fear. I have been, and still am afraid of what has, or may happen to Caylee. I have not had contact with Zenaida since Thursday, June 12, 2008. I received a quick call from Zenaida. Not once have I been able to ask her for my daughter
