This video is misleading, if the makers bothered to read what the Supreme Court ruled they would have learned that the trial is being tried in a FEDERAL court and federal court hearings have a long history of not allowing cameras to tape the hearings so that the trial will be less politicized and witnesses protected.

I love the catchy tune but the facts are incorrect. It identifies the state as the source of the block on broadcasting the trial when it was actually the special interests of a small group of religious conservatives.

Not exactly true. The special interest group (Protectmarriage) lawyers are representing the State of California/ Schwarzenegger in the Perry v Schwarzenegger trial. So it is actually accurate to say that the State was asking for the YouTube broadcast to be shut down.
