@louisleft4dead Well according to the movie by the soul of charles lee ray possessing the good guy doll, he started to become human as you know the soul is located in the heart.thats why john told Andy's mother to shoot him in the heart because that's where Charles soul was held in the heart of the doll he possessed. But the blood is because of the actual dolls body becoming human because it contained Charles soul. So that's why Chucky was bleeding! I hope this helped bud.
