  • Are there any best workouts to do at home? Due to the cold weather, I don't jog outside. I am trying to lose about one pant size, or 2 to 4 inches off my waist, in a month or two.

  • Hey Rico i have a question, you say to do cardio in the morning so what do i get up and do 10 min of cardio and then have my breakfast??? OR do i have my breakfast first cause you say you want to burn up carbs. and not muscle but if i dont have anything to eat then wont i be burning off muscle ???? and awesome vids :D

  • I'm 16 and I used to weigh 230 pounds in August, almost pure fat. Now I weigh 165 and most of my weight is muscle. I have a healthy diet, many small meals throughout the day, consisting of healthy choices. I workout routinely and these two combined helped me shed most of the fat but now I wanna focus on losing the tiny tiny layer of fat hiding my abs, chest, and definition. I understand plateaus and I've gone through a few already but this one is killing me. Any tips?

  • Hi Rico, I've read that Extra Virgin Olive Oil is healthy. So I've bought a bottle of it and plan to have about 3 table spoons of it every morning and evening. Is it too much or too less?

  • a question for you, should i be doing my cardio first thing in the morning before breakfast? i know not to weighttrain until i've had a meal but is it ok to run on the treadmill for 20 minutes?

  • yea, he said in the video that it burns up pure fat because you don't have any carbs in your body yet it was at around 3:30

  • Yep but idealy avoid to much impact on your bones in morning CV, try biking, or cross trainers, rowers etc, even Shadow boxing for 20 mins in the morning, as combat sports training is the toughest of all sports

  • Yup it´s good to do cardio before breakfast if you have time and if you don´t have time before breakfast and you are going to work out later then you can do cardio after weight lifting.

  • Some people like me can eat healthy carbs in the evening without putting on fat but I agree if you are not active like doing weight lifting or something like that where you need energy then you should have lowcarb meals in the evening.

  • I wouldn't worry too much about saturated fats! It's the processed garbage that is the problem. Trans-fats are worse than saturated fats, not to mention reused cooking fat which gets more and more toxic as it gets used more and more!

  • I've been wondering, whats it like to live daily life with that much muscle? I mean, isn't everything light to you? When you take the groceries in the house or pick up a gallon of milk, do you even notice that you're picking them up because you're so used to picking up things 10x to 20x heavier?

    To tell the truth, I don't have the amount of money it would take for a GYM membership, so I do arm curls with groceries, buckets of water, and a book-bag full of weights hahahahaha...I have a weight machine, but I don't have free weights so I have to use whatever I can find. But then again, when Arnold Schwarzenegger started lifting he used a bar with concrete blocks at each end, so what I'm doing might still be working even though I look like a cheap ass hahaha

    ok.. if i want to gain mass with no fat, do i have to eat fibers and protein through the day , but, if i train hard to get lean muscle i have to eat carbs too, because instead of gaining muscle im losing it, so my question is, in what part of the day should i eat carbs, so i can burn them when i train and burn fat then with cardio ?

  • yes on the sea salt. Best time is first thing in the morning but after weight training isn't a bad time either because you probably have burned off the previous carbs you consumed.

  • shakes, chicken breast, turkey breasts, tuna, egg whites, etc. You have to know the science of weight training, cardio and nutrition...it's all in the book

  • dude!!! fried foods??? You know my thoughts on that....I don't do fried anything...greasy oil isn't healthy. Most of the current experts steer you away from dairy and grains. They are processed and man invented...stick with poultry, fish, nuts, beans, fruits, veggies and supplement

  • Yeah me too, but my grandma is fried foods all the way, like I stopped eating fried foods, but now she gets all offended anf stuff. Today I had like a small bun with some meat inside, not fried but the other days she makes everything fried, I think I will just get some extra chicken and make it and put it in the fridge, the way you made it.
