1. These courts operate on the balance of probability, this means around 50% of cases are being wrongly decided.

2. They are taking children and adopting them on the basis of wrong information.

We need these courts to work on FACTS not heresay.

We must return these courts to forensic levels of evidence, to stop the sheer magnitude of malpractice and abuse of power.
