I don't need a video proving anything. Those (short & long) are both valid, legal, State Certified Birth Certificates.
Hawaii does not issue birth certificates saying you were born there if you weren't born there. It will state the country of origin. Even under 338-17.8, if the parents meet the residency requirements, they can get a certificate but it won't say their kid was born in Hawaii if he wasn't born there.
From an article that appeared in Washington Indpendent:
"If you were born in Bali, for example, you could get a certificate from the state of Hawaii saying you were born in Bali. You could not get a certificate saying you were born in Honolulu. The state has to verify a fact like that for it to appear on the certificate"

I'm only guessing here .. but it is likely that all the certificates for the week (or how ever they batched them for entry into the records system) were PROBABLY placed in Alphabetical order FIRST. "N" (Nordyke) is before "O" (Obama), which would account for the number sequence being off by a few (3 or 4). If it was an entirely different number sequence, I would say something fishy, but a factor of 3? or 4? Hardly a "red flag".

The long form has a lot of proprietary information like race, the doctor who delivered the baby, the hospital, etc. That is sent to the records office while a COLB is issued to the citizen. It is a birth announcement that is a legally accepted document because it points to the existence of the original long form at the records office. No hospital to my knowledge has a record of Obama being born.

I don't need a video proving anything. Those (short & long) are both valid, legal, State Certified Birth Certificates.
Hawaii does not issue birth certificates saying you were born there if you weren't born there. It will state the country of origin. Even under 338-17.8, if the parents meet the residency requirements, they can get a certificate but it won't say their kid was born in Hawaii if he wasn't born there.

Obama lived in Indonesia from ages 6-10. He was never an Indonesian citizen. He was back in Hawaii at age 10. There are no adoption records that prove he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro. Either way, whether he was or was not adopted, he never lost his US citizenship. As I said earlier, there is no evidence that he was born anywhere other than Hawaii. (a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year. This exists only in Hawaii.

More importantly, HRS §338-17.8 was not signed into law until 1982. Please feel free to explain exactly how that statute would've applied to Obama's birth 21 years before it existed. In 1982, Obama could've bought his own beer.

Neither the short (Certification of Live Birth) nor the long (Certificate of Live Birth) are fraudulent.
I know Territorial Law quite well. If Obama was a year old or older at registration, it would say "delayed" or "late" on the Certificate.
There is NO evidence that he was born anywhere other than Hawaii. You're certainly entitled to your own opinion, but not your own facts. Feel free to provide some evidence that he wasn't born in Hawaii.

Obama was born on Aug 4, 1961, which was a Friday. He was born at 7:24 in the evening.
His mother signed the certificate on Monday Aug 7. Doctor David Sinclair signed it Tues Aug 8. It was accepted by the Registrar Aug 8.
The Nordyke twins were born on Aug 5, 1961, a Saturday afternoon. Signed by the doctor Aug 11, which was Friday. Accepted by Registrar Aug 11.

I'm only guessing here .. but it is likely that all the certificates for the week (or how ever they batched them for entry into the records system) were PROBABLY placed in Alphabetical order FIRST. "N" (Nordyke) is before "O" (Obama), which would account for the number sequence being off by a few (3 or 4). If it was an entirely different number sequence, I would say something fishy, but a factor of 3? or 4? Hardly a "red flag".

What exactly are you saying here? If Eleanor Nordyke was in the hospital for a month there is no way possible her kids would have the same certificate numbers. Numbers were assigned at the end of the process when they were being placed in the records system.
If you're saying the numbers were assigned when they got to the hospital, then thats easy.... Nordyke was admitted before Stanley Ann Dunham.

The official web site for Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital (KM&GH) says that the hospital name at the time of his birth was Kauikeolani Children's Hospital (KCH). The name didn't change to KM&GH until KCH merged with Kapiolani Maternity Home in 1978. So how could his official long form birth certificate that was generated in 1961 have the name of the hospital that wasn't created until 1978?

Obama definitely qualifies. Per US Constitution: Sec 5 of the 14th Amendment - in Article 1, Sec 8, Clause 4 allows Congress to create law regarding naturalization, which includes citizenship. Currently, Title 8 of the US Code fills in the gaps left by the Constitution. Section 1401 defines people who are deemed citizens of the US at birth. This includes: Any one born outside the US, if 1 parent is an alien & the other parent is a citizen of the US who lived in the US for at least 5 years.

He's so scared to provide proof he issued Executive Order 13489. Which bans the release of any of his medical, dental, elementary, private school, highschool, or college records from being made public. Thus it could not be issued unless Obama requested it prior to being President Elect. His first act as president was EO 13489 to seal any other documentation that might conflict with his life story. He has yet to produce his birth certificate.

The long form has a lot of proprietary information like race, the doctor who delivered the baby, the hospital, etc. That is sent to the records office while a COLB is issued to the citizen. It is a birth announcement that is a legally accepted document because it points to the existence of the original long form at the records office. No hospital to my knowledge has a record of Obama being born.

@noliesundead That is verified by the parents. The parents only need to claim the child was born in Hawaii and show proof they have been a resident one year prior to applying for the COLB.

@noliesundead It's very plausible for a civilian to circumvent the year long investigation. It's ridiculous to assume the state would be able to verify everyone in the year long investigation. People marry immigrants for money and get away with it every year in the USA, and that's 3 to 8 years of intense investigation. It would be a piece of cake for a congressman. It didn't take a year for Obama to place his whole campaign on hold to run to Hawaii and get a COLB did it?

@noliesundead I personally haven't heard of the hospital ever requesting Obama's COLB. I'm not sure, but I don't believe anyone except Obama and maybe his parents can request his COLB. So I'm not sure what your point was.
