@dryerlint17 This is beyond my paygrade; I know there was quite a bit of work done on determining whether they still existed in Lake Erie, because at one time, it was a huge commercial fishery.

"Blue pike" is what these were called, even though "walleye", plenty of people still call walleye "walleyed pike."

@JVTeragarden 1 was caught on the Ohio River a couple days ago. 1 was also caught in Tennesee. They were considered extinct since 1985 !!!
