the point of doing a knife run is off course without a doubt. but there wil always be parts where a long range weapon is to be used. so that long range weapon must be a low powered pistol. he is using the pistol given to him from the start,so that pretty much makes it the 2nd weakest weapon. wouldnt a grenade defy the purpose of beating the game using low powered weapon. since you like to talk big,lets see you make a vid using grenades and a knife. state how many time you died as well

pretty good..but if there's only one zombie left with a dynamite as seen on [6:20], u can just run towards him, stop for about a second beside him (shoulder to shoulder), then wait for him to throw the dynamite....the said dynamite is automatically thrown in your direction and considering that you're near him, he will definitely kill himself with it....just don't forget to run forward/away from him just before that dynamite pops....just a matter of timing.. it works for me...
