This is from the album 'Lullabies and Nursery Rhymes Vol. 1' released in 1982 by Birdwing (BWR-2041) on 12" vinyl and performed by the group known as 'Candle', who also did similar children's albums from the early and mid-eighties (anyone remember Agapeland, The Music Machine or Ants'hillvania?)
If the voice in this particular song sounds familiar, it was performed by Annie Herring of Second Chapter of Acts fame.
