It's a really great guitar in all respects, except it doesn't hold tuning so well. But I Love it.

Thanks! I think it's great. the only thing is, it doesn't stay in tune too well. The neck is fast and the pups have character and it looks cool so I dig it.

1. is the body contoured on the back? if not, does it become uncomfortable to play after X amount of time?

2. what amp are you playing through?

No, it has a pretty fast neck IMO. Very easy to play

I get puss with my duo jet, my firebird, my sg and I've even gotten some pussy with my Italia marranello, but it also has a flake finish. I bet i could get some puss with this guitar for sure

sounds amazing! i have a few questions: is it a set neck and are those pickups similair to original P90's and how's the neck profile ?

It is a set neck and the pups are hot. I was told that they are 11k whatever that means, so I would guess hotter than vintage P-90's?

They have a ton of character though. The neck is fairly thin, which I generally dont like, but I love the way this plays.

I did have to have a pro set up, but I never bought a gtr that didn't need some tweakage.

@clintrae 11k is a shiteload of power, i think most standard pickups are 8k. My old Japanese guitar I use with its original pickups is somewhere round 4k (really weak), but I can still manage a nice overdriven tone, so by comparison, yours is a monster!

I've got the same guitar, but in transparent green. It still needs set up though, and I'm thinking of maybe replacing the tuners also. Which tuners do you use?

yeah good idea those kluson copies arent very good in my opinion. and the tulip knobs don't fit the headstock

Great playing! I just got a Sidejack in greenburst and I love it. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the Burns vibrato - did you do anything to yours, or do you not use it? Do you like the Lovepedal? Sounds great on the video. Again, great pickin'.

Thanks a bunch. I really dig the guitar. I put some locking tuners on it so the it stays in tune pretty well with the Burns.

But I dont really use it all that much. It looks cool though.

I really like the lovepedal. I'm liking my fulltone mosfet better these days but it's just different really. The Eastwood video is the only one I actually took the time to mic the amp

and all that, so it sounds better

it was good outta the box. I had to get it setup cause I couldn't fix the intonation for some reason.  plays great and has really awesome sustain.
