hey, idk how much you know about fruity loops but when i apply my bitcrusher to massive, i can only do it in my master channel. is there any way to link massive to just 1 insert? because then all my other sounds become crushed as well..

@WarriorWuTang You go into the channel of your Plugin, and drag the box that will look like this -- to a blank track in the mixer, than apply any processing you want to your Massive synth.

definately learned good stuff here, so with bass lines it doesnt necessarily need to be a BASS low low sound then u think right? also, if u have a soundcloud page I would love to download some of ur work and play it at my next club gig, im sure its livid on the speakers lol

@jpete822362 haha thats a hard one, cause yes a bass sound is meant to be mainly dominant in the lower frequency range. But these days with this new sort of genre of electro house, bassline riffs are made up of so many different sounds, and some of them are not that low and "bassy". Got nothing to download unfortunately mate, but will hopefully have 2 track out on beatport soon! Appreciate your message and support!

@gavinjamesaitken1 Just putting it out there, but it's worth it to spend another 400 and get komplete 7. You get 24 instruments instead of one, and some incredible synths like Fm8.

Great video, would have liked to see the sidechain comp as you only mentioned it briefly, on how you did it on this one, what did you sidechain the comp with for this bassline?

@obliviox i just used the kick to trigger the compressor on the bassline channel. I used logics compressor. Thanks for your feedback thou- will remember to show the sidechain compressor next time.
