I have the Madman Lighting Millenium Falcon Lighting kit I bought from Starship Modeler web site. I would like to buy the custom set with only 7 more lights and the other card..
Yes, it should work on the 1:72nd Fine Molds kit. The controller card is about the size of two postage stamps and the LEDs are the 5mm round ones so they're pretty small too. Yes I make them as a regular product and sell them thru Starship Modeler's online store. Yes I can do a custom for you with white LEDs instead of warm whites. $55 + S&H for the custom. Email me at johndavidcook@comcast.net.
Would this work on the 1 :72 fine molds falcon? Is this custom made by you and if so can the warm white LEDs be bright white, so fiber optics can be added to the cockpit? if for sale, how much?

It might be a little small for that kit, as I recall its pretty big.
If you want, I can do a custom job with 12 blue engine LEDs and a second controller card with the other lights. The custom FX would be about $80, the extra card and LEDs, another $50.
But thats just it... you dont need to solder with my products! All connections are made with wire-wrapping. You use a tool like a small screwdriver to wrap fine wire around posts on the card. The only soldering you'd need to do at all would be to the power source, which can be either a wall tranformer or battery.
My brother got this kit from "Starship Modeler." Not a bad price for what you get. He got me hung up on building models. Someday soon I will try my hand at doing this. I need some more soldering practice before I begin however. Thank you for making this kit available.
Nice looking set.
Would this system work on UK mains electricity ok or need some sort of adapter?
