You will be interested to know that similar works have been either denied or authenticated depending on the submitting clients, there are a few examples of work being made after warhols which have been authenticated..you can guess reasons why...
Hi there,I have learnt that the Foundation is controlling the market through the authetication of warhol's work, as you know any work by warhol is subject to authentication, no matter whether it has been previously authenticated or not, the Board can always change its opinion and deny any work.
i have also learnt that there were works of warhols given to his assistants and collaborators , with clear evidence, being then denied...basically the market is controlled so that only a certain amount of works can be sold so to fetch millions of pounds...
the foundation are discounting the testimony of warhol's inner circle in regards to the authentication of warhols work. preferring the accounts of important dealers and those with a financial interest.
its like all so much bad stuff surrounded this guy during his life and then even in his wake there is all this bad residue left behind.
