What do you exactly mean? Are you talking about when one is strumming a guitar and they use their strumming hand to "mute" the strings? If so, then well, yeah she mutes a lot in the song. It's just the strumming pattern. look up the chords, get the timing down and just play along with it. You will eventually pick up the feel and ryhthm and one day you'll just get it. Then songs will start coming easy as pie when you develop that ability.
