Very informative! My wife & I are 1.5 months in on a short sale offer. The agent just informed us today that the bank approved the short sale & is going to move forward through this HAFA program. Of course I said, "What's HAFA?" So this helps me understand what to expect or maybe not expect of the program. But, we are on the buying side so we'll see how things go.
