The origin of this song

Dien Bien Phu (which is called Tang or Tan in the past) in North Vietnam near the Laos border is the place of the Tai people in Vietnam before. After World War 2 France has set up a federal of Tai at Lai Jao City. Tai leader in Vietnam is divided into two parties.
