It really doesn't mean, "Do you want to sleep with me tonight?" That's not how the French would say it, anyway.

A better, proper way is, "Désirez-vous avoir le sexe?" or, "Voulez-vous dormir avec moi ce soir?" Coucher is the wrong verb.

My teacher told us this in class one day. :)
