I'm in tears, i WANT ONE SO BAD!!! Only, i ain't got the money. If any one of youse knows a guy willing to sell, tell'em i'll take it, with little money i got, and i'll take so much care of it. Even if gas is $10 a gallon.
ltdann86: NOOOOO! They could NEVER go back to building them like that! First off, they'd actually LAST a while. Couldn't have THAT now, could we? Also, They'd belch out too much cO2. The tree-huggers might crack a nail typing their e-mails of disdain! Next, they'd consume too much fossil fuel....ya' know....the shit we CAN'T drill for here in the U.S....even though we're LOADED with it? Also, it's too ridgid and tough. What if Al Gore crashed his Prius into one?
The German state systematically is openly using murder to suppress any opposition since at least 1919. Torture with directed energy weapons was already used in 1908, see my homepage, chapter Psychiatrie-->Zur Klinik der Narkolepsie. They also used large amounts of snitchers before ww1. There are several cases of possible murders before ww1, the most obvious being the famous Rudolf Diesel, see chapter murder on my homepage. You may have translated the texts by clicking the flags.
@wwwtotalitaerde Uhhhhhh.....................What, exactly, does any of this have to do with looking at a very nice old Dodge Power Wagon pushing some snow?
The front axles on the old PW are essentially 2 1/2 ton axles...huge when placed side by side with the modern 2500 axles. The ol' PW are considerably understressed when doing round-about work on a farm. Too bad the engines couldn't run the trucks past 45 MPH much. Neither were the brakes much good....don't even think Power Steering....something a good fabricator couldn't alleviate!
@stuag1 I hate when people say things are sick. It's probably the most annoying trendy word out there these days. The truck is not sick, it's running just fine!

@weedissafer not really. engines are smoother, they do make more power, but frame construction is not as heavy. They use smaller boxed frames nowdays. Power wagon's also have no real comparison in todays market. They are heavier duty, and were heavier duty than comparable trucks when they were new.. 4x4 before any of the other companies even gave it a serious thought. Kaiser/ Willys jeep was the only other at the time
@bjm6469 yea i'd swap that piece of shit gas engine it has in it for a diesel any day. go take that truck on a roadtrip i bet that engine isn't as great as today's modern engine.
@weedissafer Back then we wernt Enviroment freaks, so the engines were built better and lasted longer. my car is a 1974 dodge charger. it was stored OUTSIDE for most of its life and the good ole' dodge engine fires up like that. alright? this car wasnt babied. tell me your engines will start after 37 years outside.
@bjm6469 my mom's camry has almost 300k only thing changed is the timing belt i will take a diesel or a japanesse engine before i take a old american pos. or a modern american pos. and why now that everyone is a environment freak that japanesse meet emission standards just like us but there cars still outrun are new and old ones?.
@weedissafer I have a camaro with 230k on it, still runs great. a GMC truck with 260k on it, I drive it every day to work. fuck your jap crap. have fun putting your dick up your moms camrys exhaust pipe faggot.
@weedissafer what do you know about engines anyways? are you an ASE certified technician? are you an engineer? I bet you can't even change your own oil. How are modern engines better? what makes them better? I think you should explain to us. Engines built then had thicker cylinder walls, higher nickle content, and pure simplicity. There are many advantages of older engines over new ones. new ones are punched out as cheap as possible to make as much money as possible. THATS IT.
@Pontiac65Cat i share this account with 3 people im sorry for matt's idiot comment but engines are my life a old straight 6 has the power to go anywhere but i'm confident this old engine wouldn't match up to a cat c7 in it.
