I have a question about this statement "The worst of people is he who is asked by Allah and is not responded to". Which is on 09:36 on this video. What does the above statement from the Messenger of Allah mean??

I am just wondering how it is possible to recite Quran entirely 3 times when read 1 Para of quran takes 30minutes on average if read properly and not fast. And if 30 para are tehre in quran then that is 30(para)x30(minutes)= 900minutes which is 15 hours. Even in 1 day it cannot be finished because teh boy would need to sleep, eat which takes otehr half day. And its forbidden to complete quran in less than three days in normal days
@venomas100 There is a hadith were Prophet muhammad said not to finish quran before 3 days but anyways you did not answer my logical question about finishing quran in 1 day 3 times !

Does he mean as in dhikr, I want to try to benefit from this, but I dont know what the sheikh means, If anyone can help, jazakallah khair :) !!!
