  • $800,000 on a rifle?? 7:04

  • can dose grips on al m4/m16 22mm rail???

  • I'm in the service and have used the Grip Pod extencivly. The biggest down side of this product is that the squareness of the top dig into your hand and after extended periods of time, becomes extemly uncomfortable. The grip pod is extremly durrable and i've only broken 1 pare in 3 years wich is pretty good for a grunt. excuse the spelling I R GRUNT

  • Anyone click the ad regarding a fine "Chinese Lady for Dating"?

  • very sloppy, broke one and bought another. 2nd one broke as well. Great idea, but trust me... Does not work well in every day applications when it comes to tactical usage. BTW My guns are used as intended, but I take great care, so usage is not an issue before anyone says.

You talk shit.... then watch one of my video's.... talk more trash (with weak insults by the way).... then watch another video....WOW!

your so dumb you don't even know that your helping my titles on the youtube search ... hahaha... Thanks douchebag!

Hey, does your mom still sell that stinky whore hole carport she calls a vagina? The only reason I ask is b/c i just cleaned out my desk & found a 2 dollar bill & half dollar.

  • @wtfdudenotcool101

    It's christmas....

  • @BadgersBrigade You actually have a video that is 11 months old with 5 views including mine! LOLOLLOLOLOLOLOL

That means that even the other 24 people in the BadgersBrigade don't give a shit enough about you to watch a vlog!

Even your friends don't like you you fucking piece of shit! I laugh at you and watch the dislikes rise on your gay ass paintball videos.

  • @wtfdudenotcool101

yes, because they were private and just made public.... but seems you don't have the brains to comprehend that ....

funny thing is your saying I get no attention and look at your punk ass.....

your on me like a bitch in heat....hahahahahaaha

    just keep watchin' bitch..... hahahaha

  • You like the word positive...

  • For a guy selling tac equipment I was not too confident when I heard "QBC"!

You meant CQB or CQC.... RIGHT!

  • @BadgersBrigade Right because that's not just a simply slip of the tongue. It must mean he doesn't know what he's talking about.

    Wow you're a fucking asshole.

  • @wtfdudenotcool101

HAHAHA!!! PRICELESS!!! I am gonna take a screenshot to save this... hahaha

    What a pussy you are....

I may be an asshole sometimes, but at least im not a man trapped in a woman's body!

And voicing my opinion doesn't make me an asshole... I said i didn't feel confident with someone selling something, using terms never used.... I think with your user name you MAY just be a troll looking for people with strong opinions... oh ya, FUCK YOU BITCH... hahaha

  • @BadgersBrigade Paintball faggot. Now I know why you're such a grammar nazi.. Stop looking at real equipment. It might break your little nail polish shooters.

  • @BadgersBrigade The best part is that you came out so strong and in one comment I made you cry and leave a comment on my channel then block me like a pussy.

What a bitch you are! Feel sorry for you...

  • mine broke about 7 months ago and ive yet to get an email or phone call back from GPS. ive called a ton of times and sent many emails. love the product, but customer service is nill.

  • @gyoldamnshit

    Good to know. Thanks.

  • @SpiritofAdventure22 go on krebs customs and they have a mount for a foregrip so you can mount it to the side that way you can mount it any where you want without it getting in the way

  • would it work on ak

  • @projectoooo and @computerbrian1111 they failed because you bought the clone grip pod from china. The real LE grip pod cost $100 and the real 02 Military grip pod cost $150. They will not fail.

  • Ugliest M4 i have ever seen^^

  • Vertical grips are great but magpul grips(curved grips none vertical) are good too. Idk which is better

  • i got a fucking fake its a piece of shit

  • @snoopy4045: What brand is it? Where'd ya get it from? I've been looking at the "Osprey Tactical Vertical Grip Bipod Polymer" for $29.95.

  • DONT BUY THIS GRIP

this grip is worth 40$ when i bought it and i bought it and i had it for about a couple weeks and it broke the screw got striped so easily and and i cant tighten it enough to use with out it being extreamly wobly. the grip is always woboly so you will try and tighten it then u will proboly strip the screw like i did for 40$ i wouldnt buy it dont buy it if u want a grip to last

Dont send me hate comments this is my own opinion that its not worth 40$

  • @projectoooo u sure u didnt buy a plastic airsoft replica?

  • @dumaznbum no but i found a way to fix it a tool called washers

  • @projectoooo lol im pretty sure it was a fake, the ones we were issued held up pretty well for a whole year in the desert, and as far as i kno there were no complaints

  • @projectoooo yeah i fixed it but i talked to people and they all had the same problem so i wont buy this grip again but o well not the end of the world i guess

  • My cousin and I both had this problem too, but don't go throwing the away your bipod. Go to your local hardware store and buy a 1.5 inch # 8 screw & wingnut. Take the # 8 screw and grind the head into either a hex or square shape, then drill out the existing holes to enlarge on both ends. Use a torch to heat the bolt head before pressing that into the polimer to keep it in place for field adjustments with the wingnut. Remount and your good to go and much better than new!

  • jsut sayin u said qbc (not hating or anything jsut wanted 2 point it out) nice review tho :),

  • This is a great looking system. You may have just sold me on it! Great review, Sootch.

  • lol at the end. that is one cool accesory

  • Nice forearm grip I'm looking for the real deal.

  • grip pod FUCK YEAH!!!! can you put flashlight/laser in front of it? can an AK have it?

  • you said qbc not cqb iirc

  • I love guns

  • I just bought one of these on eBay for $41 plus shipping. It was advertised as the GPS-02 with the steel inserts. There are knockoffs and airsoft models on eBay so you need to be careful. If you put "Grip Pod GPS-02" in the search box you can eliminate the airsoft models. Look at the seller's feedback. Look closely at the description and if the item you receive is not as advertised, give them hell.

  • My friend has this and he isn't too fond if it. I wouldn't pay more than $40 for this.

  • @b00gym4n Edit. $20

  • It's a great idea, but I always thought these grip pods look really goofy

  • Really good idea. Bi-Pod and Grip two in one package. :)

  • seen this before, im personaly Grenader so its not my favorite.. but an awesome shit

  • I have this on my M4. LOVE IT!! This is standard issue for the Army.

  • haha, nice ending. I'm glad that the bipod has worked well for the military. Thanks for posting!

  • $145-$170?wow the best ain't cheap!

  • @slowtaknow - They can be found much cheaper than that. I found one (yes, a real one) for $70 at a gun show and since it was such a good deal I picked it up, only to find another at a later gunshow for $45.

The only thing is you have to be VERY careful not to buy the knock-offs. I broke 3 knock-offs at the gun show just by actuating the button. Look for the recessed bolt head to be larger and make sure it has steel inserts in the legs.

  • I wish I had something like that on my AMD-65 when I was a soldier.

  • I love the little clips at the end of your videos. Keep 'em coming!

  • Nice video. I definitely need to get me one of those! If it's Sootch endorsed, it must be pretty sweet!

PS: I like the little goofy clips you are tacking onto the end your videos. LoL!

  • hey Sootch! i appreciate the review; however, i dont think itll get the job done for me. it looks a bit big and bulky for my POU. different strokes for different fokes! love your reviews tho! keep em comin!

  • Got one of these form my supply Sgt. in '07; love it! It's not the most comfortable in hand, but it's handy.

  • it looks like something a GYN would use.or is that one of its muti-purposes.a tactical exam.

  • I like mine, but I don't think it's indestructable. I've heard that the usual breakage occurs from the user diving into the prone position and the dragging the legs along the ground with all their weight moving forward. I can see where that could break it. But, slamming it straight down won't break it. On another note, there are guys bringing the real ones back from service and putting them on ebay. You can score one for under $50. Just make sure they're legit.

  • Great review Sootch

  • I really enjoyed shooting with this bipod. I felt like I could lean into the bipod to help steady my shot.

  • lol @ the end ..... EY YO videos over ! :D

  • Don, you are the Man!

  • Great vid!

  • I have had one of these for a couple years on my Ar15 and I think it's a smart accessory. Great review and good advice.

  • Sootch, just for sh!ts and giggles, can you fit that thing on the rail of your Glock 17?

  • very stable on the bench.

  • Does your wife make you smoke that thing outside? Looks like a two-hour cigar...

  • ... the us military banned body armors that will protect our troops better... just because the us military approves something doesn't mean its bad ass it just means it will possibly do something right... id still rather get a bi pod and vertical grip separately...

  • @vampire847 are you talking about Dragonskin? Because that turned out to be worthless unless someone shot at you once, from a straight angle, which in combat doesn't happen. Dumbass.

  • @lassepdsn Yes, go around calling someone a dumbass that you don't know... ALL body armor that is not the Interceptor body armor is banned in the military... And if you think that is a good thing you sir are a fucking moron! A good friend of mine was shot in the center of the his chest plate with a 9mm and it went right through and missed his heart by less than an inch and lodged itself in the back plate. Also If it sucks so much how come the CIA and Secret Service use it?

  • We had some of these in Iraq in 07' and the bipods would break off. Sounds like they've upgraded them since then with the steel inserts. Leave it to the Marines to tear stuff up. haha! I used my magazine as a monopod. I also learned that when you are getting shot at, you have little time to be messing around with bipods. But the thing I like about these is that even if they break, you still have the verticle grip. love your videos! keep it the good work.

  • I've been using one of the fakes for about 6 months. It's ok for playing at the range but it's obvious that it wouldn't hold up to hard use. As I don't have to climb many walls or kick in many doors it will probably serve me for years. $145 is out of my price range for this kind of gear. I'd like to see the manufacturer bring it down to a reasonable level. It's a grip not an iPod.

  • I wish I could get one of these that folded BACK - like the Magpul AGF (angled front grip), which extends from the front grip down and back to the shooter at a 45 degree angle. That would be the best of *3* worlds!

  • I've been looking for this for a few months now. The only ones I've found were the airsoft ones. Thanks for the video!

  • @gammathetasbear 142.97 plus shipping if you use the SOOTCH00 CODE

  • -- Cameo by "Skinny Medic!"

  • Have a GPS-02 and love it. For multi functional use out of a VG you can't ask for much more than this product.

  • Ive got one of the Top well made fakes. It's rock solid and has held up nicely. It is definitely for a battle rifle, not stable enough for serious sniping. There is just too much play. A rifle with iron sites would be a great use for these. It adds great stability for more accurate medium distance shots.

  • VERY COOL; I want one! Good find. I've been looking for something exactly like this!

  • Cool!

  • What a great idea. I never seem to remember a rest or any bags when I really need them. You really bring out some good inovation for the AR/M platforms. I'm looking forward to the sling reviews. Thanks brother, stay safe and keep shooting. I'd definately purchase one of these...it's great it comes apart for cleaning / repair.

  • Another great ending...your a nut, but the good kind...the kind that holds the bolts in place...knowwhutamean? :-)

  • Nice review. I have never liked the postion the vertical grips put your wrist. I much prefer the Magpul AFG placed as close to the mag well as possible. Keep up the good work!

  • Don't pay full price for them! I got a real grip pod off of the arfcom EE for $50, model GPS-02, mil spec version. They can also be found on ebay, just look at the feedback!

  • Hmm, have one exactly as described here with same patent # as dirtyterry44MAG. If it is a knock off it is a good one. All the same as described here. Picked it up used at local shop for $35. Anyway works well.

  • I have one! :)

  • sorry random, but when i heard you say "good grip" i was just curious is you've had any experience with the magpul AFG?

  • Very nice! thanks for the great vid!

  • what an outstanding grip. great idea. the push botton release for the bi-pod is brilliant. thanks for reviewing this product your always cutting edge. another tight vid for the sootch-miester.

  • I think they may be over charging a bit for these grips. I have used them, and they are good quality, but the materials used and the design should not cost that much to make. If they lower the price some, I am sure they will have much less problems with the knock-offs taking the business. Maybe I am missing something with the materials though. I am trained in quality and electical electical engineering, not material engineering.

  • @Jesses001 Thanks for your earlier reply. I too think they are overcharging for them. Probably because they are selling to the military and can't undercut that price. I Googled GPS Grip Pod and clicked the Shopping button. I see prices nearing $150 for the military model and around $95 for the law enforcement model. So adding the steel inserts bumps the price up $50. It probably take the guy assembling them two minutes to add the steel inserts.

  • oh i got the same grip pod! pretty study id stick it on my AR if i had one haha. dose seem kinda study from my light uses of it.

  • I got a feelin that the legs are gonna break off in a few weeks

I broke something like that just playin airsoft

  • @y512516 The airsoft ones are junk. These ones have steel inserts in the legs.

  • @y512516

maybe on an airsoft clone, not the actual Grip Pod. i have been using the same one since 07, with 2 deployments to iraq and too many field ops to count.

  • I got a feelin that the legs are gonna break off in a few weeks

  • Got that thing in the army broke it within a month.. .

  • Good video once again , thanks

  • Hey sootch good job once agin ... Thanks and may God bless ...

  • Although it is long it is well worth it. I love mine.

  • you could re- install your own legs if you wanted an even stronger steel

  • I think I'm going to buy and test a cheap knock-off.

  • @KimberTrace I have used some of the knock-offs. I find them to be fine for a plinking. They do not feel nearly as well built, and I would not use them if it is a combat rifle, but for $20.00 or so, they are worth having a few around for the fun rifles.

  • lol you said qbc insted of cqb

  • 2:12 SkinnyMedic!

  • That looks pretty neat! Just a question for you Sootch, if you ever see this post, have you ever tried a VZ 58 rifle before?

  • I'd feel a lot better about republicans if someone like you, sootch, was on the front lines of politics. The nut job republicans doing your bidding now are scary. You have to want more from your politicians than gun rights...

  • @WALL45tech can you give of an example of what you are talking about?

  • I don't want to battle... so no, I can't. I like down to earth guys like sootch. He supports republicans... I don't. If republicans had decent down to earth people in congress I might think differently. That is all.

  • @WALL45tech And the Democrats have decent , down to earth people in congress? Like Reid and Plosei?

  • @klesmer You said it... not me. I'm Canadian though so my opinion doesn't matter. I can only watch from here...

  • @WALL45tech Haha well that's to bad. It is hard to find any down to earth politicians now days the government has become to distend from the people. that applies to all parties IMO.

  • @Mrcaffinebean I agree. I think right wing media does a lot more harm to the right than good though. Don't get me wrong, left media can be just as bad sometimes with the ad hominem but the reason for the attacking is frustration in my opinion. Frustration with (as portrayed by Fox news) a general lack of compassion and common sense on the right. I mean no offense. My apologies in advance.

  • Nice review and recommendation Sootch . . . looks like I need to get another item for my AR to keep the Hi-Lux CMR Scope company!

  • Comment removed

  • @USNERDOC 142.97 from BATTLEBOYSURPLUS if you type SOOTCH00 in coupon code box

  • have you tried the angled grip?

  • Great info Soorch! I have two! I did check mine again with your insight to make sure they were not counterfit. I suppose it has been pattened. I have one that says Pat. Pend, and another one (new) has US pat# 7,111,424 which jives with the patent office. I have found surplus ones on E-bay for around $30 to $50. Fair deal if you can stand sandblasted polymer - but work great!

  • I saw that at a gun show, but I didn't put have a rifle with me, so I wasn't sure about the stability of it once you put it on a rifle. Again, your information is top notch. Thanks so much, Sootch!

  • I need this foregrip/bipod!!!!

  • i would love to have one of these but i dont know what rail to buy to put it on i just got the m&p with the magpul moe stock

  • @jtmoney606 Should fit right on your picatinny rail.

  • @jtmoney606 Go get a tac rail and drill out the bottom of your forend-thats what we did with my wife's M&P 15....

  • @jtmoney606 Moe stock has the rail adapter to mount on the under side of your foregrip I have the same stock on my AR just buy the adapter for the pic rail to add to your stock Magpul sells them for under 20.00 dollars

  • I have a knock off of this bi-pod grip paid 40.00 dollars for it versus the 75.00 for the brand name and it works just as well and it has been well worth the money spent on it.

  • @rjstasio how long and how much abuse have you put it threw...

  • @Jeenyus1983 for like almost a year and has survived several HRCC classes I work in force protection for Maritime Security and my coworker (225lbs) has stood on the thing and no malfunctions and still works great.

  • Thanks for getting this one out.

  • I hadn't seen this one. I find the lack of good options for bipods on ARs puzzling.

A friend of mine and I designed a retractable bipod to attach to the magpul MOE handguard out of lack of options.

  • hey sootch! love'n your videos as always. i was thinking of getting a FN FAL, and i was wondering your take on the firearm? im aware of the priceyness of the 308 caliber that the gun uses i do believe. can you please tell me everything you know about the firearm. THANK YOU!!

  • @LiftedElephant Your better off messaging him.

  • love it!

  • I have one of those GPS's. It works great and doesn't easily come loose. Thanks for the post.

  • Your trigger reset is very loud (CLICK). What trigger you running in that AR of yours?

  • must of the soldiers over there don't use the bipod in the fight. They use it as a stand most of the time at chow.

  • Excellent!

  • I love mine I have a LE and i love it! If I could find a mil spec one at a decent price i would get it and put the LE on another AR. Its so nice not having to take a bag to sled to the range.
