Nice video, man! I have a manual transmission 2007 X3 3.0si, and I agree with what you say about the torque and the shifting. (If I try to really "gun" the engine in one of the lower gears, I find that I almost get a "slingshot" effect from the torque.) I know I love mine . . . and I wouldn't want an automatic X3.
Who would request multiple videos of you turning a steering wheel?

That would be nice if you could make a video that would demontrate the acceleration of the 3.0si. (maybe a 0-60)
Thanks and have fun with your BMW!!

Nice, how do you like the power+handling of the x3?? I want to buy this next summer.
And the reliability is good so far?
Thanks for the help

X3 3.0si has more power than you can possibly use.
2009 was the last year for the car in the Video. If you are shopping for a new X3 next summer it will be an all-new car.
We've had one problem with our X3. The sunroof failed and was replaced under warranty.

HAHA it is funny looking at americans explaning how to shift with a manual transmission....

Not many Americans can even drive a manual.
Since making this video, I've had to change my driving style slightly to pass the UK driving test.
