  • AHHH WHERE'D PAUL GO!!

  • who this nig

  • You couldn't have found a more articulate person to make this video? Holy shit.

  • you forgot to mention to check height, 7mm, 9.5mm, 12.5mm. That's what screwed me over today when my HDD enclosure finally came in. I'm pretty sure my HDD is a 9.5mm but it has these bumps that knock it up to 10mm, unless I measured wrong and it's a 12.5mm. needless to say, it just didn't fit and now I have to send my enclosure back to Newegg and order a new one :(

  • or you could get a flash drive......

  • @fataxe1 A 2TB flash drive?

  • @ludo42 when he was talking about backing up data and transferring it. i will say i have a 350 gig. hard drive and so far i have used 40 gigs..... so a two terabyte drive is a little crazy for backup. unless you are using it for an htpc that constantly records television.

  • @fataxe1 hard drive space disappears quick as hell once you start storing HD video on it. Or loss-less audio files.

  • 4th !

  • Excellent vid, ill be picking one up.

  • Note: Don't use a magnetic-tipped screwdriver when working on electronics :P.

  • @gr3y Why not? It doesn't do anything to any of them, it's not strong enough. You'd need a friggin strong magnet to cause any real damage to a hard drive, and somewhat strong to damage anything else. I mean, it has hardly enough magnetic power to pick up the screw, but just enough to pick it up anyway.
