I dont know if anyone else noticed, but the picture tube its self stayed intact, you can hear it roll on the ground at 0:57 . It landed on the back of the case, and that absorbed some of the inpact and because it had a spin to it, the CRT rolled more of the impact across its screen, witch is 1/2 inch thick glass that absorbed the rest of the impact. The screen may be scrached a little and the gun pins may be a little bent, but If you put the tube in an identical moniter, i bet it would work.
LOL. it's not even the monitors' fault. The monitor only displays shit on the screen, its the actual computer software on the Hard drive that's malfunctioning.
if he goes back and hooks the computer up to another monitor, guess what will happen.
i wanna throw an old widescreen TV(the ones with the big box at the back of the screen, like a 60inch one of those!) off a really tall building! It would look awesome!
don't mean to hate, but 1) it wasn't plugged in 2)the screen was black... 3) thats why they focus only on the guy in the beggining.. =)
though the moniter throw was nice!

Throw a giant rock into the monitor's screen.
Trust me, its fun as hell.

we did this in 2006 and guess what.. we got the same results. everything busted but the damn screen. nice though glad we all feel the same.

The monitor is betta to smash, the case the computer parts are held in could be used forever. I've seen a p4 inside a 1983 286's case.
Talk about retroness.

Why do we (myself include) hit the monitor (in this case throw it off the roof) when it only displays the image. It's the pc that's at fault.

I guess we automatically associate that with the computer.
