One disappointment more, nice. And it seems like you can't spawn on the aircraft carrier like in BF2 but have to chose between spawning on land or directly inside of a jet. So no running around on the ship? No possibility to reach the ship with boats when you're on the opposite team?

@deltamode8 Yeah it a lot more clustered than the average battlefield map but BF3 will include some maps that are more similar to classic Battlefield maps (Operation Firestorm, Caspian Border). I think its just the devs trying to add a little more variety, or just something unique to each map. From the looks of the rest of the maps it looks like they succeeded.
