@tuck3r424 ehy dont you just go with fi btls or some DC lvl4's? they preform better in every way and will last longer too. they cost more but are well worth the money. my personal favorite are the soundstream xxx but looking at you wanting 4 cvx, the soundstreams will be way over budget.

you have a really nice deck. But you should consider getting a Jensen or JVC/Alpine unit with the motorized 7 inch lcd display.

I just picked up a Jensen VM9213 for my old Benz; only about $230-300 online with warrantee

sounds pretty good though.....I have one L7 and it's tearing up my trunk. Got it hooked to a kx1200.1 kicker amp. Shit pounds.

I cant imagine having 2 15s in the cabin i sit in.

@aa2398a yeah i got a 30 farad cap. it really doesnt make a difference... you really just have to have a better power supply and battery if you have a larger sound system. like for you with one sub and 1200 watts a cap is great so u dont have to spend too much on a battery and alt even though if you did it would sound much better.

yeah im thinking about it, though new powerful alternators are kinda pricey

yes better power supply and as importantly --a good ground -- will ensure good consistent sound. If your cap constantly reads 11.9 - 13 volts then you are green
