  • How you maintain the tracks from weather?

  • Yes, you just need to adapt the coupler.

  • will my lgb rolling stock be compatible with accucraft live steam engines?

  • were could i buy somthing like this

  • Nice - I've never managed to get mine running this fast (not that I'm a speed freak but occasionally I like to open the taps a bit). The mogul has excellent low-speed control though - very realistic - and a very nice chuff too. It's not perfect ; the safety valve seems toy-like to me, and lighting it can be a challenge - and those wire supports for the cow catcher pop out and scratch the paint. But it's superb value for money and an excellent runner.

  • What is the extra piping on the tender for?

  • I've got to get one of these(and a daylight!)

  • How easy is the Accucraft Mogul to steam. I have one, but I haven't yet steamed it because my layout is indoors. Is it a reliable engine.

My Mogul costed me about $900, which is not a too bad if you want something fancier than a Ruby, but not too expensive.

  • Most of the Accucraft engines work fine out of the box. You shuld have no problems. If it is stiff, let it run in for 20 minutes.

  • where did you get your mogul?

  • how much did this stuff cost?

  • For a live steam accucraft shay 500$ for a Mogul like this I guess 1,473$

  • The shays are a lot more than $500...

  • heh, posted on my birthday, nice train! i'de love to see more vids!

  • Someday I'll own a Mogul, NICE! sweet layout too! lets see some more, Thanks
