  • good job, but no one will ever remember the etiologies unless you divide it into Hypervolemic, Euvolemia, and Hypovolemic causes. as well as serum osmolalities. its easier to remember it that way instead of randomly listing the causes which call into various categories of hyponatremia

  • @nystagmus Unfortunately this is how they teach everything in nursing. Just a whole big list of symptoms without any kind of explaination of the physiology, and yes they expect us to remember it this way.
