I noticed in downtown core, of Montreal, in 2010 2011, 2 weeks after last snow fall, side streets , snow was never removed, and some lanes are blocked by a snow bank, Who ever is in charge of clearing snow, should not use a siren that wakes up all neighborhoods, to advise your car is in the way, Montreal has a noise law, after 11..pm, but the city or who ever has the contract to remove the snow, is ABOVE the law, and makes sure all residents are awaken with their sirens to move your car.
