just bought this on Blu-ray, i've been curious about it for all this time. It's ok, Jacky Cheung's parts brought the movie to a grinding halt in my opinion. I feel for his character but it wasn't portrayed well at all, musically, or cinematographically... just boring.

The 2 main characters sang one song basically? lol WTF? maybe 1 and a half songs each which i thought was odd.

The majority of the film was very well done visually, just the musical portions seemed like bad TV commercials.
