It's funny that you mention hitting ganglean-affected areas with a Bible because I know someone who is a doctor, who said the same thing. If that's not a Republican health care plan, then I don't know what is. I think she was wrong, but my other doctors didn't even give me a diagnoses for why I have tenderness and weakness in my wrists. I asked whether it's carpal tunnel or tendinitis, and they said no, but they don't know what it really is.

try wearing a wrist support it should keep you from causing any more injuries to your wrist. I learned the hard way.Ive had ganglions before plus now I have the onset of carpal tunnel syndrome and have to wear an immobilizer on my wrist (wich is bulky and uncomfortable )and im only 27
