You never let go of the down charge from when you are crouching and/or performing Cosmic Heel so it is ready for you disposal. It's the same thing as Balrog's headbutt into ultra.

right after inputting the command for cosmic heel, charge DB or DF or Down (any down charge will work but I prefer DB in case its blocked), then do the UF+kicks. Don't wait for the cosmic heel move to finish to charge again, starts charging as soon the cosmic heel starts. Hope that helps

Focus while holding db, when you get hit, dash forward, and then the continue with the ultra motion. The motion has to be completed the moment he stops his dash.

as soon as you jump hold the direction you want to charge. then when desired do the forward or up command and press kick or punch (whichever attack your doing) make sure you keep the stick held in that posistion you want to charge in and do the attack the way you would on ground after you land.

You may not use any direction while hitting the enemy. Also consider that the two slashes only come out in the ex version.

When you go for the claw attack instead of the grad, line Vega up to his your opponent than let go of the stick. If your pushing left or right with Vega you will usually only land one hit. Try to center yourself over them, then let go before you attack. Same thing if you are doing the super. The grab super is easiest to hit but it is possible to land a 3-hit super with the claws. Just go to training and mess around, you'll get it. =) Good Luck

I really love Vega but i have a really really hard time charging back on moves with any chars while jumping toward an enemy with a kick or sometimes even while just on the ground hitting. I can never charge the full 2 seconds and the computer or person i'm playing always blocks. Do you have any advice for charging a special like rolling crystal flash while jumping? and or while doing other attacks?

a good tip is when you jump on the wall, try and manouver Vega past the enemy that is blocking, changing the direction of the block. This makes it much harder to block Vegas claw from above.

I am really used to the cross from SC4 and all other fighters but will try using the analog to get use to it,from what i saw i got trouble with diagonals (defence mainly) but with from a couple of times that i tried i can do the command throws with Zangief a lot easier i can only hope that practice can make me get those supers and Ultras out when i want em :)

You don't have to use the analog all the time. When you are far away from opponent and wall is close to you, Get that ULTRA ready. Then just switch back to Pad.

Tiers are always gonna be debatable man. I dont believe he's that low, but If you have enough proficiency in using the character, you can beat high level sagats. Tiers are determined by usage of the character as well. for example, if lots of people focus their attention on one character, other characters get overlooked. As far as i recall, didnt a Dalshim player place at some tournament lately? lets you knwo that you just gotta get good whit whoever you want to..

Removing the claw reduces his power and range slightly. Removing his mask increases his power by 10% while reducing defense by 25%. Not a good trade off unless you are dominating your opponent.

I never knew about the mask thing, thanks. It's very helpful. I usually bait my opponent with the back flip(charging back while doing the backflip) then quickly performing the Bloody High Claw soon after when they leave an opening.

You can only do roll to super with either Roll MP or HP version. I cannot do it with LP roll.

To answer your question, you can start in the middle. Just make sure that you time the last hit with the last input of the Super. Cool? cool
