Dear Robert, I have reasonable trouble in differentiating between Law and Fictitious Statutes (referred to as laws).

eg: BlacksLaw 7 Ed - A Law passed by a legislative body

eg: SL Constitution CHAP XXII - “law” means any Act of Parliament, and any law enacted by any legislature ...

What is the foundation level of Law? How do you decompose a statute down to Love, Morals, etc?

I can find various 'sources of laws' from internet. Who defined and how to define the Root Source of Law?

I would say we are all presumed wards of the state due to the bankruptcy (of civilization)... this is part of the function of your corporate (SIN SSN) person, it is to protect you from the direct application of common law against your flesh and blood. To basically spare you from a life of real slavery via personal bankruptcy protections, etc.

The govt jumps in and forges a first-in-line contractual interest in your well being.

I see what your saying, I also see others saying the process is to go from the "slave" to the "noble" to the "Freeman", thereby resolving the debt along the way. Though it may be argued of whom the debt belongs, we all shoulder the burden in some way.

The shopkeeper uses the FRN so he dosnt have to have a million different private contracts with the people. He just has one. The money of exchange. If you choose to use FRN then you are a citizen. you do not need to write wo/man. Etymologically man is the neutral gender meaning a human. The female gender as is well known is woman, however there is also a male gender and identified with the prefix were such as in wereman. No one uses the wereprefix anymore for humans however you can still find it in werewolf for example.

Rob, I think being a true creditor is about love. If I can become a creditor and can set off my debts, then I am free to serve my fellow man. I have done it and it has been two years and all I get in the post is letter after letter stating threats that they are scared to enforce fully. yes, in order for a creditor to have abundance, he or she achieves it on the demise of the debtor... for example, in order to 'pay' off your debts within the current monetary system, you must steal someone else's principal to pay, because the interest on ALL money loaned into existence doesn't exist, and it never will... the system's foundational premise uses demise in order to 'gain'

I dont think hes saying that, hes saying you can engage in commerce freely but no one is going to engage with you.

Right now I cannot do contract work for someone because I have not registered self employed and so cannot get public liability insurance from the state and therefore corporation will not hire me for contract, unless I register self employed and get the insurance.

if there where enough freemen to engage with commerce with instead it wouldnt be a problem but there isnt.
