I have not yet gotten my moto license but i just started today, and i was looking at some bikes to be my first one. A lot of people are recommending the ninja 205r. Many others say you can learn just as good as you can on a sv650 while having a lot more of fun for a long time to come. I have no riding experience whatsoever but i can say that im good at bicycling (not sure if that means anything lol). Would the sv650 be too much power? My uncle says it will, he used to ride dirt bikes.

@GiggityGangsta are you kidding. Yoshimure pipes sound like slightly cleaner and slightly louder stock exhausts. I knew a guy who put 600 into a full yoshi exhaust on his new gsxr750 and was pissed cuz it sounded exactly the same. m4, two brothers, muzzy, devil, scorpion, even D&D sounds better than a yoshi pipe cuz a yoshi pipe sounds exactly the same

This video doesn't do that setup any justice. I have those Yoshis on my 07 SV650S and it's nniiice. Clappy, low-end boom... hard to record cause you need to be there in real life so you can feel it beat your chest ;) When I pull up to people riding inline-4s they wonder why the hell mine sounds like a harley.

Well, SVs are VTwin engines so they dont have that formula 1 sound that GSX or R6/R1's have. Its much rougher, like harleys... it has its own distinct sound. :D

Hello, if you would look at the frame and the wheels you would see that they are black. Meaning they bike is 05 and newer. At those years Suzuki switched from handle bars to ckip ons.

Not entirely true. The S model comes stock with clip ons, but the naked "standard" version comes with handlebars.
