@stacks6969allday Excuse me, but this IS real, stop commenting on hypnosis vids saying it's fake, this is 100% real, i have seen and used similar techniques, obviously you don't know anything about Hypnosis, and you don't know WHY somebody falls into deep trance when someone says "sleep". you don't know anything, shut the hell up, fool!
@MrEeqqee alright then enlighten me if u know so much about it. i bet u anything this is fake noone can just make someone sleep by saying sleep flash back to reality dude no really enlighten me fool!!!!
@stacks6969allday I'm not gonna bother explaining, research it yourself, and by the way, when they are "sleeping" it isn't actually a sleep, like when you're in a bed, it's just a deep physical state of relaxation. he is still aware of everything around him.
@countsmyth Some of the dialogue I omit is my personal approach to certain parts of the hypnotic process. Those techniques I teach only to the people I mentor or to hypnotists who take my advance classes.

Hello KC, have seen this video before but still very interesting. Wish I could find a friend to put me under. Just curious, why did you feel it necessary to mute the sound in places?
@TheDynastQueen Thank you! I learned from a combination of studying on my own and studying with teachers. The most I learned was by reading and practicing hypnosis on my own.
Instant inductions bring an individual from their normal state of awareness into somnambulism instantly, it causes a shock/override to the nervous system which bypasses the individuals critical factor, the hypnotist then shouts the command *SLEEP* and instantly the individual drops into somnambulism.
The hypnotist then uses deepening techniques followed by some depth tests, catalepsy, amnesia, etc. The hypnotist only has 1/2 - 3/4 of a second to say sleep after CFB. Nice work KC, I like it.
1. Instant inductions usually evoke light to medium states of hypnosis. Deepeners are used to guide the client further into hypnosis (deep-state or somnambulism)
2. The amount of relaxation that accompanies light to medium levels of hypnosis is not always proportional to the depth of hypnosis; a person can be very relaxed yet in light to medium levels of hypnosis.
3. The time to say "sleep" varries--you often have several seconds in which to work.
1. I agree with you that a lot of people don't go into somnambulism after an instant induction, and require deepening.
2. I agree, relaxation in itself has absolutely nothing to do with hypnosis. Perfect example would be when someone is having a strong ab-reaction and jumping around everywhere yet are still in a deep state of trance.
3. I'd have to disagree with you there KC, after the shock is caused to the person, the *SLEEP* command has to be said instantly.
@KC2XL PS, I'm only disagreeing with you because that's what I've experienced, but I'm always interested and very open in learning new techniques to further my own skills. Keep uploading :)
@HypnoJunkie86 There's absolutely nothing wrong with sincere debate when both people are more interested in learning than appearing to have the correct answer(s). Shock/confusion/surprise can occur (be invoked) in different ways. If you are using basic shock techniques, then it behooves the hypnotist to secure the hypnotic state quickly (saying sleep immediately). However, for more elaborate pattern interrupts, the state of shock can last for several moments during which the hypnotist can...
@KC2XL postpone formally securing the state with the suggestion of "sleep" a while longer. Many people are aware of predominately phsyical pattern interrupts and have not studied mental (thought pattern) pattern interrupts. For example, have you ever come out of a store and found that your car was not where you left it? Normally, a person will experience intense focus as they rapidly consider whether the car was stolen, towed or merely in a different parking space--a flood of thoughts...
@KC2XL ...This type of rapid mental focus/absorption due to a pattern break (i.e., expecting to find your car, but realizing it's not where you thought it'd be) can be created using techniques besides simply tugging an arm, or breaking a handshake pattern (basic physical shock methods). Shock/confusion/surprise techniques that are primarily mental (as opposed to physical) provide several moments in which the hypnotist can produce and secure deep hypnosis without barking "sleep" immediately.
If you can make something feel heavier, items and body weight and etc, can you make items seem lighter? and can people pick up twice the amount they normaly could?
@BillMan2002 You can help bodybuilders and athletes lift more weight and increase endurance. But, to make someone lift twice the amount they normally could would require a very specific circumstance. In theory, you can do this, but it is not something that is done by simple suggestion. For example, an environment induced by complex hypnotic suggestion could (in theory) increase adrenaline severely enough to cause a temporary sharp increase in strength. But, this would be difficult to do.
@dancingwithfire9002 Thank you! I'm glad you liked it. The video is muted during a certain point in order to preserve certain techniques that I only teach students during my live classes.
@KC2XL when he couldnt move his arms is this a similiar effect when im trying to come out of a sleep and i feel im in a state of shock and cant move but am trying to. or this this different altogether
@s0ldier898 Yes, the feeling that you described is similar to dissociation during hypnosis--part of you is observing what is happening while another part of you is responding to the hypnotist's suggestions (e.g., not being able to move your arms or body). NOTE: Although hypnosis is slightly similar to sleep in some ways, hypnosis is not actual sleep.
@mega730dude Yes, hypnosis can be used for pain management -- to decrease or (in some cases) to eliminate pain. NOTE: Before a hypnotist helps a client manage pain, the client's personal physician should be consulted because pain can be an early warning sign of a serious health issue. Pain should not be reduced or eliminated without ensuring that the cause of the pain has been diagnosed and is being treated by a qualified medical professional.
Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed the video. No, I am not his gym partner. If you read the text accompanying the video, you'll find that it was the first time I had met him. Cheers.
Yes, hypnosis can be used to help address erectile dysfunction. I have privately mailed you a link to an article on hypnosis and erectile dysfunction.
PLEASE HELP!!! Im trying to be a hypnotist when i get older and this is not working for me. I followed all of the steps please i really wanna do this. Thnx.
What steps did you follow? In order to be able to hypnotize people consistently and correctly, you must study and understand why and how hypnosis works. Hypnosis is not done by just following steps.
I will be releasing a DVD on teaching hypnosis in a few months. If you want to learn about hypnosis in the interim, join my (free) Hypnosis Newsletter, that discusses hypnosis techniques, contains Q&A, and discussions about hypnosis. You can join by entering your email address at KC2XL(dot)com.
Hypnosis appears quite easy on the surface, but more going on than just words and gestures. In order to do hypnosis successfully, you must be able to establish appropriate understanding and expectation in your volunteers, and you must know how to make appropriate adjustments in your inductions for each individual you hypnotize.
In order to learn this, I recommend that you study hypnosis thoroughly. You won't succeed merely by imitating a hypnotist if you don't understand the principles.
If you click on the link located to the right of the video (between my icon picture and the subscribe button) that says "more info" you will see extra text describing the video. Scroll down to the part titled "Explanation of 4 : 21." There are 7 paragraphs written that explain what you have asked about.
How can you convience people to let you try to hypnotise them? I think it would be easier to deal with strangers rather than family or well know friends. There is still a lot of fear of hypnosis, people don't think you can but won't take a chance letting you try. You are great at this.................
Due to rapport issues, hypnotising close friends and family is not recommended. It is better to work with acquaintances, casual friends and strangers (under safe circumstances).
The strong rapport between close friends and family can yeild unpredictable results. For example, an improper suggestion could create unsuspected issues ranging from deeply breaking rapport on a subconscious level, to other issues.
NPClarky, I would have to osberve what you are doing in order to determine what advice to give you.. The issues you're facing could be caused by one thing many different things including (but not limited to) lack of confidence, improper pacing, poor execution of technique, reinforcing or instilling fear of being hypnotized, creating an expectation of the hypnosis not working, etcetera.
KC, do post more videos with post hypnotic suggestions for these bodybuilders? Stuff like being unable to lift a very light dumbbell and zoom into his facial expressions... :P
I'm glad my video has sparked your interest! Yes, there are inductions that use eye fixation to help guide a person into the state of hypnosis. So, yes, eye to eye contact, if done properly can be used as an induction. However, using eye fixation alone is one of the weaker types of inducitons. If you were to combine the eye fixation with appropriate patter (a series of verbal suggestions), you could establish a deeper state of hypnosis in your client more rapidly than without patter.
My pleasure. If you haven't already done it, I recommend that you join my (free) Hypnosis Newsletter which discusses various hypnosis techniques and will announce when I will be releasing my instant and rapid inductions DVD in which I teach an eye fixation induction. You can join the newsletter by entering your email address here: KC2XL(dot)com.
i saw the video, but i need to know if the person is a prof bodybuilder, whats his name?. Whats the before and after the hipnotize, i'd like to see that. Good job man. Gretings from Mexico
If you choose to work with an English-speaking hypnotist, then the effectiveness of the hypnosis sessions would depend heavily on how well you understand spoken English (as opposed to written English).
What you see at that point in the video is his response to a shock induction. In fact, his response (a moment of disorentation, followed by full compliance--returning to the state of hypnosis) is actually an indicator that he is actually a highly suggestible person (in other words able to be hypnotized deeply). To read more abou this, refer to my detailed response to Herkzon in the comments.
For a detailed explanation of the temporay smiling/hesitation as reaction to the shock induction, see the text accompanying this video located to the right of the video screen (Click "more info" to see full text). Refer to the section at end of text titled "EXPLANATION OF 4:21 (temporary smile/hesitation)."
Good observation! Shaking and dropping the arm is called an "arm drop." It is a means of ratifying and deepening the state of hypnosis--helping the volunteer recognize that he is deeply relaxed (ratification), allowing the hypnotist check the level of the volunteer's relaxation (ratification), and encouraging the client to move deeper into the state of hypnosis by relaxing his entire body enough to allow his arm to fall heavily, without muscle tension or resistance (deepener).
I'm interested in hypnosis for meditative reasons but I have a few hang ups.
How do you respond to the idea that put on stage or under a spotlight most people will comply with a person in authority? To not, would be entirely awkward and uncomfortable. That is, it's easier to fake being hypnotized than it is to not.
Excellent question! Based on your question, you have mixed some fact with fiction. Your question requires a complex response, so I will answer as succinctly as possible while hitting the main points. (Continued below)
There are many dynamics behind a stage hypnosis show that help secure the state of hypnosis in volunteers. One of the main ones is that just about everyone that gets on stage—of their own accord, not having been cajoled by friends—has a high expectation (and desire) to be hypnotized. This alone filters out just about all people who might otherwise be hesitant to enter hypnosis, thus making it easier for the stage hypnotist.
Not everyone feels awkward in the face of non-compliance. So, authority alone and/or being on stage, on camera or under bright lights is not enough to force someone to comply. In fact, may people feel compelled to be contrary to authority in both private and public situations. So, what is it that helps the hypnotist successfully hypnotize people? It is RAPPORT that helps all hypnotists, including the stage hypnotist, establish compliance via trust and comfort (rapport).
Well-trained stage hypnotists and highly skilled demonstrational/street/impromptu hypnotists can easily spot people who are attempting to fake hypnosis. In these cases, a person is pulled off stage or not used for demonstration. However, theres more to this (see below):
1. A person who attempts to fake being hypnotized can easily fall into the state of hypnosis without realizing it.
2. Hypnosis is experienced in many different ways. For brevity and simplicity I will state: some people feel as though they are just following along to be kind without realizing that they have been hypnotized.
3. Choosing to be compliant in order to avoid awkwardness or discomfort on stage will either lead to being pulled off stage or will result in #1 or #2 above.
Thank you. Yes, you should definitely fill in the gaps with your own patter.
I muted sections of the video because there are certain phrases and methods I use that are best taught in person. Although hypnosis looks simple on the surface, there are many subtle things that are being observed and done by a skilled hypnotist in order to help a person rapidly enter deeply relaxing states of hypnosis.
Great stuff...! As again, your videos are always fantastic... Too bad you didn't video tape the session with the gym attendant, or post the part whereby you gave position suggestions to Joe...
Would you mind me asking a question? At 4:21 when you gave Joe an handshake induction, he was still smiling away when he hit the sofa, does that mean he didn't manage to go into hypnosis instantly?
Good question. As you know, a person can move, laugh, smile walk, sing, talk, etcetera while in the state of hypnosis. What you see happen is a good example of how shock or surprise is handled by certain people.
Notice that the moment I say sleep he immediately falls toward the sofa, he briefly hesitates while smiling then suddenly he completely relaxes (watch his arm as it suddenly sags across his stomach, relaxed--before I pick it up). This all happens during a state of shock/surprise...
As I continue my patter, he resolves the shock by following my suggestion which I have been supplying to his subconscious while he was in a state of shock(relax, sleep, etcetera)--while his critical factor was distracted.
When using shock inductions, you'll occasionally find people who will shout or scream due to being frightened, then they will sink in to deep relaxation. Some will laugh or smile and then relax. Others will just immediately relax. The reactions varry from person to person.
In Joe's case, the smiling indicated a temporary state of shock which is necessary for this type of induction. In some people, the states of confusion or shock last longer than in others (before it is resolved into hypnosis). Whether a shorter period or longer period, the final result is the same: the client/volunteer enters hypnosis.
In other words, the smiling is not an indication of the depth of hypnosis. Joe re-entered a deep state of hypnosis after being shocked back into the state.
Wow... The arm sagging across his stomach is very subtle, and I would think you were "concentrating" on Joe's face and right arms during that time... You are simply amazing...! Excellent video.
You should read the text that accompanies the video. He agreed to be hypnotized before I turned on the camera--we had spoken for the first time only a few moments before the camera was turned on. I only refer to him as Joe at then end of the video after asking him for his name again (I had forgotten his name because I started hypnotizing him only a few moments after I first spoke to him, which was to ask him if he would like to be hypnotized).
Hey,im able to kind of get people to relax, but i cant really get them into hypnosis.I have really been working on instant inductions...Do you have any tips to help me with these?
If you have not been using deepeners properly, this could be causing this problem. Have you studied deepeners?
A deepner is a verbal or non-verbal method by which a hypnotist intensifies the relaxation and secures the state of hypnosis.
Once you have established the intial state of hypnosis, a deepener helps plunge the client or volunteer into progressively more profound states of hypnosis.
Yes, i have tried doing that, i usually use snapping though...But in the middle of it they will open there eyes.
One more thing, I am pretty sure i have been doing instant inductions correctly, but whenever i tell them to "sleep" they wont go down. They just look at me like im crazy. Do you have any tips regarding that or speed of which you do this. Maybe a step by step Explanation or video?Anything will help.
By snapping do you mean that you are clicking your fingers on either side of the client's head, near each ear, alternately?
Snapping is not a good deepener for many reasons, including:
1. Snapping is normally used to grab a person's attention (hence eyes opening)
2. Snapping in each ear is a poor attempt to immitate binaural audio.
Stop using snapping as a deepner. Study other deepeners, especially the 3 that I mentioned above. When you apply them properly, you will get better results.
Instant and rapid inductions seem quite simple on the surface, but they are far more complex than most people realize. In order to be able to do instant inductions consistently well, I recommend that you first take time to focus on classic inductions such as the Elman induction and progressive relaxation induction and deepeners. Once you can consistently hypnotize people deeply with classic inductions, then (and only then) should you begin to use rapid inductions.
There's no magic formula or special speed for properly doing an instant or rapid induction. You must first undersand how hypnosis works and why certain induction techniques are effective.
A hypnotist becomes good at instant inductions (a complex skill) by becoming so familar with the basics that he/she can quickly combine various techniques for a specific purpose (not just blindly following steb-by-step instructions of an rapid induction).
Yes that is what i do, i will try other things though. i did fing very suggestible people and got there hands to stick to stuff just by making them believe it would happen lol. It is weird how the mind works. Thank you very much for the tips! Are you ever going to be in Alabama?
I will be travelling to different states for classes and clients. If you would like to know where I will be travelling, I recommend that you join my (free) Hypnosis Newsletter. You can join at KC2XL(dot)com Make sure that when you register you enter your state.
Best of luck with the inductions. Keep me posted on how your skills are developing.
Thank you. You should check back later tonight or tomorrow for a large clear version of this video. It is still being processed by YouTube. Once it is completely finished, the video will be much clearer and larger (The HD version will be available).

In order to learn this, I recommend that you study hypnosis thoroughly. You won't succeed merely by imitating a hypnotist if you don't understand the principles.

How can you convience people to let you try to hypnotise them? I think it would be easier to deal with strangers rather than family or well know friends. There is still a lot of fear of hypnosis, people don't think you can but won't take a chance letting you try. You are great at this.................
kchris801 2 years ago
Thank you.
Due to rapport issues, hypnotising close friends and family is not recommended. It is better to work with acquaintances, casual friends and strangers (under safe circumstances).
The strong rapport between close friends and family can yeild unpredictable results. For example, an improper suggestion could create unsuspected issues ranging from deeply breaking rapport on a subconscious level, to other issues.

i've been trying to do instant inductions for a long time! i get them tired and try to deepen them put they just say im not hypnotised? any help?? :)
NPClarky 2 years ago
NPClarky, I would have to osberve what you are doing in order to determine what advice to give you.. The issues you're facing could be caused by one thing many different things including (but not limited to) lack of confidence, improper pacing, poor execution of technique, reinforcing or instilling fear of being hypnotized, creating an expectation of the hypnosis not working, etcetera.
KC2XL 2 years ago
i think its the lack of confidence, because i've done it so much and me not being able to do it..i just kind of gave up..
but i still want to do it!

this is extremely interesting! Is there a way to hypnotize a person while just using eye to eye contact or is that asking for too much?
1jasonrhodes 2 years ago
I'm glad my video has sparked your interest! Yes, there are inductions that use eye fixation to help guide a person into the state of hypnosis. So, yes, eye to eye contact, if done properly can be used as an induction. However, using eye fixation alone is one of the weaker types of inducitons. If you were to combine the eye fixation with appropriate patter (a series of verbal suggestions), you could establish a deeper state of hypnosis in your client more rapidly than without patter.
KC2XL 2 years ago
Thanks for responding so promptly I'm going to study as hard as I can! The face that any sort of purely visual hypnosis exists is amazing.

If you choose to work with an English-speaking hypnotist, then the effectiveness of the hypnosis sessions would depend heavily on how well you understand spoken English (as opposed to written English).
KC2XL 2 years ago
hey K2 a question when you say open your eyes and then they stand up are they still hypnotized?

Hi, Seanbro33. Yes, in this situation (near the end of the video, when I ask Joe to stand), he is still hypnotized.

Around 4:22 he seems to resist to fall into hypnosis. Am i right? If so, is it that you did somehting wrong or is he a tough-to-be-hypnotised guy? :)
tashows 2 years ago
What you see at that point in the video is his response to a shock induction. In fact, his response (a moment of disorentation, followed by full compliance--returning to the state of hypnosis) is actually an indicator that he is actually a highly suggestible person (in other words able to be hypnotized deeply). To read more abou this, refer to my detailed response to Herkzon in the comments.
KC2XL 2 years ago
For a detailed explanation of the temporay smiling/hesitation as reaction to the shock induction, see the text accompanying this video located to the right of the video screen (Click "more info" to see full text). Refer to the section at end of text titled "EXPLANATION OF 4:21 (temporary smile/hesitation)."

This is fascinating!
I notice you shake his arms alot - does this relax him more?
LeeDH22 2 years ago
Good observation! Shaking and dropping the arm is called an "arm drop." It is a means of ratifying and deepening the state of hypnosis--helping the volunteer recognize that he is deeply relaxed (ratification), allowing the hypnotist check the level of the volunteer's relaxation (ratification), and encouraging the client to move deeper into the state of hypnosis by relaxing his entire body enough to allow his arm to fall heavily, without muscle tension or resistance (deepener).

KC,
I'm interested in hypnosis for meditative reasons but I have a few hang ups.
How do you respond to the idea that put on stage or under a spotlight most people will comply with a person in authority? To not, would be entirely awkward and uncomfortable. That is, it's easier to fake being hypnotized than it is to not.
KyleAlexBrett 2 years ago
KyleAlexBret,
Excellent question! Based on your question, you have mixed some fact with fiction. Your question requires a complex response, so I will answer as succinctly as possible while hitting the main points. (Continued below)
KC2XL 2 years ago
There are many dynamics behind a stage hypnosis show that help secure the state of hypnosis in volunteers. One of the main ones is that just about everyone that gets on stage—of their own accord, not having been cajoled by friends—has a high expectation (and desire) to be hypnotized. This alone filters out just about all people who might otherwise be hesitant to enter hypnosis, thus making it easier for the stage hypnotist.
KC2XL 2 years ago
Not everyone feels awkward in the face of non-compliance. So, authority alone and/or being on stage, on camera or under bright lights is not enough to force someone to comply. In fact, may people feel compelled to be contrary to authority in both private and public situations. So, what is it that helps the hypnotist successfully hypnotize people? It is RAPPORT that helps all hypnotists, including the stage hypnotist, establish compliance via trust and comfort (rapport).
KC2XL 2 years ago
Well-trained stage hypnotists and highly skilled demonstrational/street/impromptu hypnotists can easily spot people who are attempting to fake hypnosis. In these cases, a person is pulled off stage or not used for demonstration. However, theres more to this (see below):
KC2XL 2 years ago
KC2XL 2 years ago
Nicely done!
I think I could probably fill in the gaps with my own hypnotic banter, muahaha
Bhuggy13 2 years ago

Too bad you didn't video tape the session with the gym attendant, or post the part whereby you gave position suggestions to Joe...
herkzon 2 years ago
Would you mind me asking a question? At 4:21 when you gave Joe an handshake induction, he was still smiling away when he hit the sofa, does that mean he didn't manage to go into hypnosis instantly?
herkzon 2 years ago
Good question. As you know, a person can move, laugh, smile walk, sing, talk, etcetera while in the state of hypnosis. What you see happen is a good example of how shock or surprise is handled by certain people.
Notice that the moment I say sleep he immediately falls toward the sofa, he briefly hesitates while smiling then suddenly he completely relaxes (watch his arm as it suddenly sags across his stomach, relaxed--before I pick it up). This all happens during a state of shock/surprise...
KC2XL 2 years ago
As I continue my patter, he resolves the shock by following my suggestion which I have been supplying to his subconscious while he was in a state of shock(relax, sleep, etcetera)--while his critical factor was distracted.
When using shock inductions, you'll occasionally find people who will shout or scream due to being frightened, then they will sink in to deep relaxation. Some will laugh or smile and then relax. Others will just immediately relax. The reactions varry from person to person.
KC2XL 2 years ago
In Joe's case, the smiling indicated a temporary state of shock which is necessary for this type of induction. In some people, the states of confusion or shock last longer than in others (before it is resolved into hypnosis). Whether a shorter period or longer period, the final result is the same: the client/volunteer enters hypnosis.
In other words, the smiling is not an indication of the depth of hypnosis. Joe re-entered a deep state of hypnosis after being shocked back into the state.
KC2XL 2 years ago
Wow... The arm sagging across his stomach is very subtle, and I would think you were "concentrating" on Joe's face and right arms during that time... You are simply amazing...! Excellent video.
herkzon 2 years ago
Hey Genius...for a guy you've never met before you refer to him by his name when he has never told you it
max60watts60 2 years ago
You should read the text that accompanies the video. He agreed to be hypnotized before I turned on the camera--we had spoken for the first time only a few moments before the camera was turned on. I only refer to him as Joe at then end of the video after asking him for his name again (I had forgotten his name because I started hypnotizing him only a few moments after I first spoke to him, which was to ask him if he would like to be hypnotized).
Again, read the text that accompanies the video.

Hey,im able to kind of get people to relax, but i cant really get them into hypnosis.I have really been working on instant inductions...Do you have any tips to help me with these?
yuhs3 2 years ago
If you have not been using deepeners properly, this could be causing this problem. Have you studied deepeners?
A deepner is a verbal or non-verbal method by which a hypnotist intensifies the relaxation and secures the state of hypnosis.
Once you have established the intial state of hypnosis, a deepener helps plunge the client or volunteer into progressively more profound states of hypnosis.
Commonly used deependers are:
--Counting with guided imagery
--Fractionation
--Compounding
KC2XL 2 years ago
Yes, i have tried doing that, i usually use snapping though...But in the middle of it they will open there eyes.
One more thing, I am pretty sure i have been doing instant inductions correctly, but whenever i tell them to "sleep" they wont go down. They just look at me like im crazy. Do you have any tips regarding that or speed of which you do this. Maybe a step by step Explanation or video?Anything will help.
yuhs3 2 years ago
By snapping do you mean that you are clicking your fingers on either side of the client's head, near each ear, alternately?
Snapping is not a good deepener for many reasons, including:
1. Snapping is normally used to grab a person's attention (hence eyes opening)
2. Snapping in each ear is a poor attempt to immitate binaural audio.
Stop using snapping as a deepner. Study other deepeners, especially the 3 that I mentioned above. When you apply them properly, you will get better results.
KC2XL 2 years ago
Instant and rapid inductions seem quite simple on the surface, but they are far more complex than most people realize. In order to be able to do instant inductions consistently well, I recommend that you first take time to focus on classic inductions such as the Elman induction and progressive relaxation induction and deepeners. Once you can consistently hypnotize people deeply with classic inductions, then (and only then) should you begin to use rapid inductions.
KC2XL 2 years ago
There's no magic formula or special speed for properly doing an instant or rapid induction. You must first undersand how hypnosis works and why certain induction techniques are effective.
A hypnotist becomes good at instant inductions (a complex skill) by becoming so familar with the basics that he/she can quickly combine various techniques for a specific purpose (not just blindly following steb-by-step instructions of an rapid induction).
KC2XL 2 years ago
Yes that is what i do, i will try other things though. i did fing very suggestible people and got there hands to stick to stuff just by making them believe it would happen lol. It is weird how the mind works. Thank you very much for the tips! Are you ever going to be in Alabama?
