Another great video, Im currently doing a Game Design course along with my ICT courses. Though im not into concept art like in this video, i prefer to actually make the 3D models of what these guy's draw and actually produce the games and put them together ect.

I've only made a few games at the moment but when you try to make a game, mostly the full 3D style games you get a whole new idea of games, how they are made and the effort gone into making them, plus how hard they are to actually make.

This is actually very relevant to the college course I'm currently doing which focuses on the 3D Modelling aspect of game design. One of the requirements is a basic understand of concept art, and the ability to draw to a certain degree. Unfortunately that's not a skill I possess, although a large section of the course is aimed to 'teach' you how to draw, but how well remains to be seen.

holy crap ian..... Thats awesome. you don't know how much I love watching stuff like this. I always, ALWAYS, with there was a pre order bonus for every game that shows how the game was made. from the idea to the concept art, 3d models to testing and then the final shipping. seeing the choices they made, the things they had to add and/or remove. things that didn't make it and made DLC later and so on. seeing the greatness and the hardship of video game design. Your just too awesome ^^

Hopefully this feature will open the door to some more studios and game development houses so I can make more videos for you to enjoy!

@Quakeman224 Well all I can say is it takes a looooooong time and a lot of hard work and a lot of financial investement if you want to by good equipment so you are taken seriously. I've been doing this for about 2 years now and am only just starting to see the hard work paying off - but when it does it's freaking awesome :D

@MaicoMoon Thanks dude, yeah I like to try and cover as much varied stuff as possible, there will always be mainly reviews and preview features, but if I can do anything a little different I will always jump at the chance to add some variety to my content :)
