The music that played in some of the best parts of my childhood. I remember playing this game with some of the best friends Ive ever had on my mums computer at the age of 11 - 12. Man this soundtrack brings back some good memories.

Gothic 3 may have shamed the Gothic series but the one thing they couldn't get wrong was the music. Probably the one thing truly epic and amazing about the game that no other game could compare to, except of course another Gothic game (and Morrowind).

even though the fighting system is a little wierd this is the best role playing game i have ever played, and the music is a masterpiece, Oblivion is good too but not THIS good, you should be able to "love" instead of like, now i`m waiting for the next one and i`m sure it will be a masterpiece too

"Risen" is made by 'Piranha Bytes', the Programmers of Gothic 1-3. Gothic 4 is named

'Arcania' and got nothing to do with the Gothic Series. It's just the same Publisher (Jowood) than the Gothic 1-3 parts.

Piranha bytes and Jowood separated and the rights of Gothic are on Jowoods side, but the ideas and mental resource is Piranha Bytes.
