This dog doesn't have worms...Frenchies can't reach their rumps so this is how they itch. My Frenchie does this as well..no anal gland problems, worms or allergies
The Frenchie butt dance can come from worms and compacted anal glands, but they usually just do it because they cannot reach their rumps with their teeth because of their large chests and short snouts. Ive seen my Frenchie's dad come up with very innovative ways to scratch his butt. Mine just sits on my lap and points his butt at me to let me know he needs a scratch.

I have a frenchie that does this. She has itchy skin (lots of Frenchies do) and she is scratching where her tail is docked.
