Those projects in NewOrleans most of them anyway look full of gloom and despair! Dead grass, very few trees! I grew up in NewYork public housing so I know that all people who reside in Public housing aren't negative, but the idiots who take pride in tearing down the property and killing oneanother! Terrible!!
