there's nothing inherently wrong with nudity and it doesn't take away from the quality of her singing, so i don't see why it's a problem for so many people? :/

I don't know. I think the point of the song is that someone left her so that they could run around and sleep with however many girls they want. The video kind of makes a point of saying "look at what you left in your unlikely hopes of screwing around with lots of other better women". They nudity helps to make that point.

The video seems a different take. Kylie's Can't Get You Out of My Head was equally repetitive, the thing that makes this stand out that although the focus is on Nat and she is half naked, there is a bit more depth there and as far as music goes, this is intelligant pop as opposed to fluff. It's a grower, as I felt the same when I first heard it, but there's a charm about it. Maybe if people looked past Torn it'd help, it was 10 years ago after all

i agree, this whole half-naked thing is sad for her--she's such good singer. watching the vid i was just like, "whoa, random nakedness." and that was the only noticeable thing about this. :(

Both the song and the video are too repetitive. There's no real creativity to it...if you're trying to pass of the nudity as art, you've failed. It's just too blatantly "we know sex sells so we're playing it safe." LAME and UNINTERESTING.

Very, very true. There are those who try to do things otherwise, but sadly, they are never as successful. A large part of that is because their own record companies won't give them as much publicity unless they strip. It's ridiculous.
